Charming. Old World Florida Shabby Chic. Our host is very communicative and has thought of everything one might need. It’s truly turn key. Chairs / Towels / Noodles / Umbrellas / Games. Bed’s are comfy. There are pillows, comforters, sheets galore. Suggestions would be maybe a binder with information on local fare and sites. though a QR is offered some may prefer hardcopy. Parking is 18/day. Spa and Fitness center have a daily fee. The Beach is so lovely. Tiki bar is convenient though there’s lots more options within a mile. And lots and lots to do even in full rain which was our week. Kids abound during spring break. All quite polite though the air was very fragrant throughout the week as the vents are shared within the building. An air purifier may help.Yes, it was that strong. Come see the turtles during season. Don’t forget the theatre, the Everglades, lion safari. It was nice to come back to a cozy comfortable ample apartment after a day out. Having the coffee concession downstairs is a god send!!! Oh, those DVD’s need a player…and some power strips for the bedrooms would be great. glad I travel with one. All in all would recommend!!

Steve is an excellent host. Our family had a wonderful stay and his place is perfect for a fun filled family vacation. The beach and tiki bar is relaxing. I will be back and will rent Steve’s place again it has everything a family needs.

Host was welcoming and very helpful! Unit was set up to be utilized as 2 separate units if necessary, but thankful we needed both bedrooms! One unit would have been more like an efficiency. Amenities were great as well as location. Loved the tiki bar. Food, drinks and service awesome! Walking distance to several stores including Wynn Dixie.

Perfect beach vacation! The host was welcoming and very responsive! Condo was clean, comfortable, with amenities. Location is perfect! Steps to the beautiful beach, grocery store, restaurants and night-life! Tiki bar was great, on the property. Staff was friendly and food and drinks delicious! We will definitely stay again!

Steve was extremely communicative and accommodating. I had asked about a week in advance of our stay if we could check in prior to 4. Steve arranged to have the condo cleaned and ready by 2. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay again!

Our stay exceeded expectations. The unit’s living room and deck views were wonderful, with spacious, comfortable living space. The Tiki Hut had amazing food and drinks, on the beach, and the best authentic Italian restaurant in the city on the first floor. The pool is large, heated and just steps from the tiki hut and the ocean. Totally perfect trip, start to finish!!! We’ll never chose anyplace else!! Host was also so helpful when our flights were canceled. Overall, our trip was perfect!!!
Our wonderful beachfront condo!! The Tiki Hut is right on the beach. Great for breakfast, lunch, appetizers dinner and drinks!!

Stephen was a great host. We loved the location of the condo and easy beach access. We also got spoiled having the tiki bar and restaurant right by the beach/pool. We rented chairs and an umbrella most of the days because it was so convenient and thought the price was reasonable.

Awesome Condo

We absolutely loved Steve’s place! Great location. Our stay was during the 4th of July and they had Fireworks right outside the condo on the beach! We watched pool side and had an amazing view! Look forward to returning!

Great Vacation

Loved it. The property was very clean. Everything we needed was there. The manager even has some drinks in the fridge. The decor was beautiful and the condo was very spacious. We will stay there again. I give this condo Five Stars.

Great location! Just get in elevator and door opens to pool, amazing Tiki Bar with tremendous food & beverages, and beach. Doesn’t get much better than this !Highly recommend!
