Located in the very peaceful, family friendly neighborhood of Victoria Park, steps away from Holiday Park. Within walking distance to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, Fat Village, one block from Holiday Park (which has a dog park included,) and many other surrounding businesses & great restaurants! This home features a secluded, fenced in outside yard/patio, free parking for up to 4 cars, and a full laundry room. This listing is for left side of the property which is completely fenced in perfect for complete privacy or letting dogs roam outside. Only shared space with neighbor is laundry room.

• Pets are welcome, * (there is a non refundable pet fee of $50.)
• Propane for the grill is provided, free of charge.

* - Our guests comfort & health is most important to us. Please note, if any animal waste is left on property and not properly discarded of, in or outdoors, will resort in a $50 removal fee per waste. Security cameras located on the exterior of the property facing the driveway. Noise Detection device located inside of property in the living room(required by city to monitor decibel levels. Come stay at this home and make it an epic holiday!

Terrific!

Property is excellent, quiet, and very clean. It has a pretty yard to relax in. The host answers questions quickly and is extremely helpful. Beautiful neighborhood near Las Olas.

Haven during a move

I stayed 6 night while waiting for my moving truck to arrive. I was able to work several days comfortably. Most importantly, the fenced yard was PERFECT for my two dogs. It was so easy to just let them out and not have to walk them like in a hotel. The space was generous for a one bedroom and the bathroom was great. .

Great Stay

We were visiting family in the area and needed a place near the family. We had a great stay in Brent's duplex, it was well laid out and provided all the essentials needed for a comfortable situation.

Great Stay

Would definitely stay again. It was exactly what was expected from the pictures and even roomier. Perfect spot to bring your pet and has anything you could ever need as far as amenities. My ONE suggestion is a mirror in the bedroom. Just easier to split getting ready when there's more than one person. That is so minor though to the overall quality of the rental. Great neighborhood and place! Brent was a great host. Available immediately (literally) if needed and invisible when not.

Lovely place in a nice and quiet neighborhood

This was one if the best seasonal rentals I have ever had. Would return again in a heartbeat! Hosts had just the right balance of being quickly responsive without intrusive. Very well maintained and clean property inside and outside. Enjoyed the patio and grill especially. Very comfortable stay with a nice athletic park and tennis courts near by and close to all needed amenities snd quick drive or bike ride to beaches.

In between homes

The place was amazing and clean close to the beaches and Los Olas for shopping and eating.. The best part we were allowed to bring our 4 animals since we just sold our house and needed 2 weeks before we could move into our new home they didn’t care about size had a great doggie park we walked too. Place had everything including a washer and dryer the owners thought of everything to make anyones stay perfect.

Fun Short Getaway

We were staying in the neighborhood for our son's 13th Birthday celebration. It was super easy to get around the area and plenty to do. My son and husband enjoyed taking their morning run in the park that's a block away. We loved everything about the apartment, including the patio with string lights and rocking chairs. Our only recommendation is if you have pet allergies, make sure to bring medicine, as this is a pet friendly unit where dogs have stayed. We were fine as long as we took some Benedryl before bed each evening, though. Brent was a responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend Brent's place if you're staying in the area!
