Host was very accommodating. Very Clean. very nice location. Close to everything that we needed. Room smaller than expected. No way to sleep 8 people if needed unless you completely rearranged the furniture. Would gladly stay there again.

“Nice views and a clean apartment. However, we were disappointed to find that the listing stated there was an in-unit laundry room, but there was actually no laundry in the condo. We later learned that the laundry is located in the basement of the building.

Great place and location the only issue we had was that there was a customer that was smoking in the hallway for several days on the 5th floor and the smell was weed not regular cigarettes. the other thing is that the Tiki bar owner was very rude in the way that he was requesting to check all bags going to the beach

Great place to stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here for vacation. Great views. Tiki restaurant had excellent drinks friendly staff. Overall great time was had! The only thing I would recommend is having a broom I wanted to sweep the floors and couldn’t find a broom anywhere. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Extremely clean rental

This rental is incredibly clean. It is well located and has beautiful views. We were taken back by the 18 per day parking fee (valet or self-park), but other than that, it was as described.

Not as advertised

Overall the stay was ok. For the money and it being a premier property I feel there could be a few improvements. The location was great the building itself was a little tired. The pool needed to be cleaned and could use some updating. The bathroom was great but they needed a mat or something in front of the shower. Floors are slippery and it an accident waiting to happen. The towels were very thin and no hand towels available. The bed near the window made noises every time you turn or move so that kept me up most nights. The kitchen needs new pots and pans. Worn and disgusting. Also other places we stayed would have spices and other things that you could use if you cooked. Only salt and pepper available. Plastic old plates were only available. Tv could use some instructions.

Girls get away

We had a great time! The place was just as expected. Loved sitting in balcony looking over ocean. It is within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was lovely and the views were amazing. The salt spray on the outside of the windows detracted a little from the view but we understand that would be very difficult to control. Was a little noisy from the Tiki Bar below but we were there on a weekend and it was not enough to keep us awake. All in all was a great stay and we would stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Great property

We chose this location because of the views and it was as the pictures showed. Because of Hurricane Milton, a portion of our stay was overrun with guests with dogs who I am sure were here so they would stay out of the path of Milton. However, it really did look like a dog show was occurring and lots of barking. The other unfortunate event was the condo across the hall is having major construction done, so there were also multiple days of hearing the sound of drills and saws. I went ahead and still gave 5 stars as these are probably isolated instances. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have 2 recommendations for future visitors. 1-you have a photo online that shows access from the bedroom to the balcony which is not correct. 2-please have written instructions in the unit on how to use the TV's. We did have issues with both TV's. I ended up using our Fire Stick we brought on the living room one and then added my Google Account on the bedroom TV and then removed it before we left. We did enjoy our stay very much!
