You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal after you confirm your booking. You will need to complete a quick verification process before check-in. The Guest Portal will also have details related to the apartment and recommendations for you!
1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Please park in any free spot. Max 2 vehicles per guest. Guests must display the guest parking tags provided to ensure vehicles do not get towed.

2. No shoes inside the home.

3. No smoking inside! Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided or any exterior trash receptacles. You will be charged for any signs of smoking inside or of there's any damage to furniture! There is no smoking by the pool, only outside the community.

4. No parties or events.

5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed to stay overnight. The maximum property capacity for sleeping is 5 people.

6. Quiet time after 9 pm. Enjoy yourself but be respectful of the neighbors!

7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.

8. Dispose of the garbage in the trash chute in the hallway. Please do not leave trash outside your door, in the hallway or in the trash room (only down the chute).

9. Please use the swimming pool between dawn and dusk. Swim at your own risk. All minors must be supervised by an adult.

10. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the premises, especially outside by the pool, BBQ area and gym.

11. Max 2 pets are allowed. Please make sure they do their business outside and please pickup their waste at any of the doggy-bag stations outside. Keep their paws clean!

12. Make sure to turn off the lights, set air conditioning (mode: cool, fan: auto, temp: 74 degrees), and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

13. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages to the home, personal property and furniture must be paid by guests and will be reported.

14. Any items that are taken away from the property will be billed to guests and reported (i.e. TV remotes, furniture, keys/garage remotes, adapters, accessories, supplies, etc.).

15. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
