This house truly met all of our needs. Spacious and clean. The pool and spa were great (plenty of towels provided) when it was too windy to be at the beach. Note that the beach is not covered by a lifeguard so if that is important, you'll need to drive a mile or two down the road. There was ample parking at the public beach when we rolled up around 10 am on a weekday. So easy and convenient. Publix was a 5 min walk so we never had to worry about food. Traveled with our 4 kids so everyone got their own rooms with tv which was nice when needing some decompression. One thing to note, the 5th bedroom isn't really a bedroom - more of a converted office and is right off the living room. Totally fine for a kid sleeping on a futon (although I would recommend buying a thicker mattress pad for comfort) but an adult may be disappointed. The primary bedroom and bath are large and comfortable and the water pressure in all the showers was fabulous. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This house had everything a person could hope for! It was clean and beautiful and a quick easy walk to the beach. Check-in with Esti was super easy and she was always available for suggestions or assistance. Esti even had a garment steamer waiting for us on the porch after we asked for one! Every little thing had been thought of... there was extra coffee and sweetener, plenty of paper products, even dishwasher and laundry detergent. There was ample space for the 6 of us to spread out in the home, as well as deck chairs and beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and beach toys!They have thought of everything and we truly felt spoiled! Consider yourself lucky if you get the opportunity to stay here!

Spacious House with many amenities.

Exactly as described in the listing! we enjoyed the nice pool and spa, within walking distance of the beach, plenty of room for families or smaller groups. within driving distance to great dining and shopping experiences, the communication was excellent.

Absolutely stunning house in a perfect location!

Our short stay was a dream come true, this house is beyond words, just as beautiful as depicted in the photographs. There was so much space, I couldn't get over the master bedroom, it really felt like we were living in paradise. The hosts were amazing, so responsive and helpful. We were met at the house and given a tour and complete overview, including how the door notifications/alarms worked (necessary with the pool since we have little ones). The beach is about a 3-5 minute walk which was amazing with our little ones bc we could easily go back and forth. We do a 2-week annual FL trip every year and this house is out of our budget but we are considering shortening our stay next year just so we can stay here and have it fall in our budget! You will not regret booking this place, just do it, you only live once!

We had a great stay in an extremely nice, clean and well thought out VRBO. The host was so accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. The area is well suited for families and just far enough away from downtown. Great pool area and a block from the beach.

Beautiful and Relaxing

My family wanted to escape for a for a few days and celebrate valentines weekend together. Location was a convenient walk to the beach. The 5 bedroom house we stayed was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. Loved the pool when we tired of the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every sense

We were a group of friends getting together after many years. This place was perfect in every sense. There is not even a single thing that was out of place . Felt like a brand new home built for us. We grilled and cooked and the house had everything for a perfect experience ! We were allowed to check in bit early and bit late . Beds were super Comfi . Complete privacy. Thank you

Beautiful, comfortable home by the beach

Our family of five had a fantastic stay! Home is luxurious and comfortable, with high end amenities throughout. We spent hours lounging by the pool and spa. Quick walk around the corner to the beach. Great location. Management team was easy to communicate with and very responsive; we had a minor issue arise during our stay and they went above and beyond to address promptly. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Trip

Our family of four stayed here for five nights. This house is everything you could need! The place was impeccably clean and the kitchen had anything you needed. The heated pool and jacuzzi were essential on the cooler nights. We love the quiet residential aspect of this street, but if you’re looking for restaurants in walking distance this is a bit further than little ones may want to walk. Our check-in was seamless and we were instantly able to enjoy our week!

Stayed over Thanksgiving weekend

Took a chance of this property as there were no reviews when we booked. The house; while the pictures in the ad looked nice the actual house is magnificent, well appointed with everything you could possible need. The location; we were a little concerned about the location from the ad pictures but turns out another win. The street dead ends so very little traffic and only 200 steps from the front door to the ocean. The management team (Esti) was awesome, traveled with my grandchildren, one being only 2 months. When Esti saw that and realized we could use a crib had one delivered the very next morning without us asking. The property and experience was an11 out of 10

Great experience from check-in to check-out. Esty and her associates are top notch and very responsive to any questions and or issues. House is clean and furnished with high-end amenities and accessories but comfortable. Perfect for entertaining and dining in. 5 Star Resort experience and the bonus is it is very close to beach.
