BOAT DOCK
•This is a wake zone, and boats and other vessels are allowed on a case-by-case basis. If you plan to bring your boat, jet skis, etc, kindly contact us ahead of booking with the specifics about your vessel.
• There is not a lift present
• We assume no liability for any vessel docked at the home, and a waiver must be signed acknowledging this before arrival if dock use is agreed upon.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
• Home sleeps 9 in beds
• Maximum occupancy restrictions do not include up to 4 children under the age of 12 years old.

PETS
• Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis, must be approved in writing on the booking platform
• $100 pet fee per animal, per stay.
SERVICE ANIMALS: The only animals that are exempt are service animals, and guests must disclose them prior to arrival.

QUIET HOURS: 10 pm to 8 am

DATE ALTERATION REQUESTS
