    This newly renovated 4 bedrooms, 2 bath house is a personal paradise resort within a mile away from the beach. This property is a single-family dwelling in a safe, quiet family-oriented neighborhood. With respect to our neighbors, the home is not available for parties or group gathering of any kind. Since this property is intended for family bonding, we do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 years old or college groups.
    It's a great place for your family and friends to escape! This home has a private extra-large back yard with heated pool and BBQ Grill. Multiple sitting throughout the pool area with smart flat screen TV ready for your relaxation and entertaining.
    The living area leads through to its heavenly pool terrace, where clear sparkling water spells refreshment.
    The home is full of updated amenities including fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, in-home laundry facility, cable/free Wi-Fi and open living space.
    Inside, the house offers a master bedroom with its own huge brand new master bathroom and a walk-in closet, 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, 3rd bedroom has two full size beds and 4th bedroom has a 1 queen size bed that leads to the pool area. All rooms have big screen flat smart TV's.
    Families are welcomed to stay with their kids.
    Our home is located in Pompano Beach, only a 3-4 minutes drive or around 20 minutes walk to the Pompano Beach, 10 minutes drive to Lauderdale by the sea and Deerfield beaches. It is a very convenient location within walking/bicycle distance to some restaurants and stores.
    We are only 20 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale airport!!!
    Pompano Beach is filled with entertainment for all! Close to waterfront dining, nightlife, golf courses, shopping, sport facilities, theaters, casinos, marinas and beach access.
    Get the best of both worlds with this location being 15-20 minutes via car to Fort Lauderdale beaches, beautiful Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Mizner Park in downtown Boca Raton with incredible shopping, restaurants and movies at the onsite cinema

The house was fantastic. Roomy enough for 6 adults. The pool and outdoor area were perfect and we enjoyed winding down our evenings in the pool or under the tiki hut. Will absolutely stay here again!

Nice getaway

Easy check-in process with clean accommodations in a spacious, updated home. Located in a convenient location to the beach and stores and the oasis of a backyard allowed my family to thoroughly enjoy our vacation!

We absolutely loved staying at this luxury villa! Igor was extremely communicative and a gracious host. It was the perfect spot for two families to meet up and have an amazing time together. If we ever find ourselves back in the Pompano area this will be our first choice as a place to stay!

Love the outdoor space

Great place. Loved the outdoor space for two families. Distant to beach wasn’t bad at all. Nice addition of tiki hut that wasn’t in pictures.

Highly Recommend!

We absolutely loved everything about this house! It was updated and it looks just like the pictures if not better! The outside area was the perfect oasis to hangout and enjoy our vacation! The host was very responsive and met all of our needs and requests. Also, lots to do in the area and a quick drive to the beach.

What a wonderful experience! The home was exactly as described and was beautiful. Having our own pool for our stay alone was worth it. Every room is large and nice, no one got a "lesser" room. Check in was easy and Igor tried his best to get us checked in early, even when we arrived at 2 instead of 4. 5 out of 5 and would definitely stay again!

Nice Property, Great Location

My family enjoyed a relaxing week at this property. We had a party of 4 and had plenty of space both inside and out. Easily could accommodate a larger group. The location was convenient to the beach and located on a cul-de-sac so there is little traffic and the area is quiet. There is a good size tiki hut in the backyard that is a recent addition not shown in the photos.. Would stay at this priperty again.

Family Vacation

The house is just perfect! I rented it for my family of 6, but had 5 additional family members elsewhere. It was the house we all gathered at to eat and enjoy because it was so big. We were all able to sit at the table for a meal and enjoy the pool. Everything was there and if it wasn’t it was provided as soon as we asked. It was the perfect vacation home . Thank you for a great home away from home!

Perfect for gathering

The house was perfect for a family gathering. There was plenty of space. The layout was spacious and open. Bedrooms were on each side of the house, away from the kitchen and living area. The outside had plenty of seating areas and options for outside dining. I would definately return.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Igor (the host) responded to every text within 5 minutes. The location was exactly as described. The house has been remodeled and the inside is very nice.

Wonderful house!

We really enjoyed our stay- the house was beautiful, well-appointed, spacious and looked like the pictures. It was great for our family. We didn't get to enjoy the backyard as much as we would have wanted due to the weather and although the pool is heated, it wasn't heated enough for our infant, but would probably suffice for adults and big kids. Beds were a bit on the firm side, but large and there was plenty of relaxation spaces. Kitchen was great. Igor was also communicative and responsive when questions/issues arose. I would recommend this property and this host!
