Unwind in this cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath home just steps from Downtown Hollywood’s shops, dining, and nightlife. With a private backyard, fully stocked kitchen, and smart amenities, this home is the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Enjoy easy access to the beach, Publix, and local attractions while staying in a peaceful neighborhood retreat.

Parking Instructions
* Parking is allowed only on the Golf Course side (across the street). Please ensure your vehicle is parked in the direction of traffic to avoid potential tickets.
* Do not park in front of the house or on the sidewalk. The City of Hollywood may tow or fine any vehicle parked in these areas.

To activate your parking permit, please provide the following details:
* Vehicle owner’s full name
* License plate number
* State of registration
* Vehicle make (e.g., Audi, Tesla, Ford)
* Vehicle model/type
* Color
