Contemporary Waterfront Retreat �� una soleggiata e aperta casa di oltre 1.850 mq situata in un quartiere tranquillo su un canale che porta direttamente al mare. Offerto per piccole famiglie o un gruppo di fino a 6 amici, questo è uno dei preferiti di coloro che cercano riposo e svago in un ambiente tropicale idilliaco che è rilassante e memorabile.

Accoglienti e rilassanti, le 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni sono decorati professionalmente in stile contemporaneo e offrono un ambiente perfetto per godersi bei momenti con persone buone. Tocchi architettonici sontuosi aggiungono lusso, tra cui modanature a corona in tutto, infissi firmati e piani di lavoro in granito. Soggiorno, camera matrimoniale e cucina sono pavimentate con belle piastrelle di travertino.

La camera da letto principale è spaziosa e ariosa, con un bagno padronale e uno scivolo che si apre sulla piscina del cortile. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto, arredi eleganti e abbondante luce solare. Il soggiorno ha la sua grande TV a schermo piatto e posti a sedere per tutti per godersi lo spettacolo. La connessione Internet wireless è inclusa.

Il cortile lastricato è accogliente e comprende una splendida piscina con area per bambini, prato ben curato e palme e decorazioni attraenti. I posti a sedere all'ombra e la zona grill sono un invitante centro per intrattenersi all'aperto: i tramonti e il crepuscolo precoce sono un magico momento di calore persistente e brezze rilassanti. A pochi passi oltre la piscina si trova il canale e il molo, adatto per la maggior parte delle piccole imbarcazioni e moto d'acqua.

La scena di Deerfield Beach è a soli 20 minuti a piedi (o in auto) lontano, dove puoi goderti al massimo lo stile di vita del sud della Florida, tra cui spiagge di sabbia calda, famoso surf locale, molo di pesca scenico, immersioni e snorkeling, paddle board e noleggio di moto d'acqua, negozi, ristoranti e divertimenti. La posizione ���� convenientemente vicino a Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, e le opzioni di intrattenimento circostanti, ma comodamente isolata dal trambusto della città.

We had a wonderful time. The area was great, close to the beach (10 minute drive), great food options and the pool was a hit with the kids. It was a good time had by all 5 of us.

The Lighthouse Point home was in a great location - close to restaurants, stores and the beach. The canal setting and pool allowed for a most relaxing time for our family. It was easy to find, has a full kitchen (with plenty dishes/utensils/pots and pans), linens and bedding were good. The master bath is quite large & lovely. Air conditioning worked great as it was almost 100 degrees every day. If you're staying for more than a long weekend, may want to bring your own basics for cooking & cleaning. I couldn't find on the website - but the beds include: a king, a queen, and 2 singles. A nice place to return to.

I woukd definitely say again . The house was cozy and modern. The beach is a 4 minute car drive and stores are just a walk away. It it's located in a cute neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and coffee maker.

The location and the property were perfect! However, I have to admit the home could use a little bit of TLC for it to get five star rating. The dishwasher didn't quite work right and was very loose. A few outlets were broken. A couple doorknobs were not secured. The first morning we were there we woke up and it was 80°!! when we checked in there was a water leak. There were no washcloths... So a lot of little things that didn't ruin our trip at all but kept it from being absolutely perfect!!

The house is in an amazing location with plenty of shops a short drive away. Having three bedrooms and three full baths was a plus for a family with two teen girls. No need to argue over who gets the mirror ;-)

Loved our stay. Close to the beach, dining, and stadium for bowl game. House was in great shape and matched the description and pictures. Would stay again.

Excellent get away place. Two cons: - beds too soft, “sinking”, needs a replacement in my opinion - electronic shower control center malfunctions at times But do not let it prevent you from staying there. Great property , will be back -

I highly recommend this property for a romantic getaway or for a family vacation. The dock on the canal is the perfect spots for a morning coffee or to watch the sunset. The pool was the perfect size and the hot tub larger than expected. The master suit is HUGE and all linens are of fine quality. The full size washer and dryer were a welcome amenity. The kitchen was well equipped. The large dining table is perfect for entertaining with a beautiful view of the canal through the 3 large sets of garden doors. The location of Deerfield Beach isn't as nice as some of the surrounding areas like Coconut Creek or Boca Raton but the neighborhood did not feel unsafe. I would absolutely stay here again and indeed very much hope to.

The property was just as shown in pictures. There were two issues that concerned us. 1) The shower in the master bathroom was terrible. We didn't know how to use it. All the water would come out at the same time, temperature went from cold to hot. We had to call property manager to help. He tried to fix it. 2) The bed in the master bedroom was very dangerous. There were points in the corners that stuck out, it was difficult to get in and out of.

The property was well kept except the landscapers only came once during the whole month and for that reason we had alot of lizards and iguanas. Everything else was excellent.

We had a lovely time, it was cool a few nights and the heat on the pool didn't seem to work well and the property manager was extremely responsive. We loved everything about the house.

The house was great! Our only Complaints are the master shower (stays too hot) and the king mattress is very bad. Our back was in bad shape! The kitchen is very under equipped, hard to cook there. But everything else was wonderful! Great laundry, dock and backyard wonderful!

Well if we could give 10 stars, we sure would! This home was perfect for our family! We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, fishing off our own dock ( I caught a crab!), the perfect location, close to everything, including the beach! Fred was our property manager and he was amazing! Responded within minutes and we even extend our stay an extra night! If you're considering, stop and book it...and thank me later! We'll be back irenta!

Hot tub was working the day we arrived and then stopped working. Called the property manager and he told me he would send someone over. Guy showed up and cleaned the pool but the problem was never resolved. Entrance is kind of sad with a curtain in the front door. Place was just ok.

Loved this house. Would have given 5 stars for accuracy of listing, but pool appears larger in pictures. Still large enough for relaxing. Would definitely consider booking again. Plenty of shopping and great restaurants. Fred the Property Manager was always available and very helpful.
