This is the downstairs unit at the back, and there is an upper unit and the main unit in front. Rest assured, you won’t be sharing any indoor amenities with the other units — the entire space is private to you. We carefully screen all guests before accepting bookings, so you can expect respectful and friendly neighbors during your stay.

One off street parking space is available for the duration of your stay. If you plan on brining more than one vehicle you will need to find parking off site on the street or nearby public lots. Please do not park on the sidewalk or grass swale in front of the house. You will be ticketed and towed.
