Hotel per fare shopping a Fort Lauderdale

“Camera rumorosa situata nel retro attaccata all’ autostrada ,Wi-Fi assolutamente mal funzionante in camera, polvere, camere vecchie da modernizzare, personale alla reception senza un’ombra di cordialità e di customer service. Mi chiedo come questa struttura possa avere ricevuto recensioni così alte. Pagato per 2 notti, andata via dopo la prima. ”

“Terribile, stanza non pronta e siamo dovuti tornare di sera, auto elettrica mai caricata per 3 giorni dopo loro rassicurazione. Per 2 giorno nessun room service, se lo erano scordato e la stanza rimasta sporca.”

“The stay was quite disappointing due to excessive noise coming from outside, as well as from the rooms above and next to ours. It was difficult to relax or get proper rest. More importantly, the overall environment did not feel secure, which made our family uncomfortable throughout the stay. Unfortunately, we did not feel safe,”

“Breakfast was fantastic and the evening reception was very nice. My major complaint was the condition of one of the mattresses in our double queen room. One mattress was fine but the mattress nearest the bathroom was completely broken down ( as if a gang of kids had been using it as a trampoline). ”
