Guests have access to the entire studio unit via keypad entry.

Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in the area.

Other Things to Note:
This is a studio unit attached to a main house. The main house may be booked during your stay, but the studio and hot tub/patio is exclusively for you. The pool on site is for the main house guests.

Check-in is at 4 pm
Check-out is at 10 am
Please note, to book this listing you must be over 25 years old

- Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors.
-Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.
-Parking in driveway 2 max. No Street parking
-Please note there is 1 camera IN FRONT OF STUDIO FACING DRIVEWAY.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

Great stay, with suggestions

The neighborhood, neighbors, location were great. Cute area. The place itself was very good in many ways. You could tell some thought had been put into planning it. It is very clean and the right size for one person. The cleaning staff were so helpful. A few suggestions:-the mattress is absolutely shot. You roll to the middle of the bed. No support. -They did not provide basics like dish cloths. This is a problem when there is no dishwasher. I had to buy my own. -The drain in the shower is very slow. I sent a note to the group managing the property. They said they did not have anyone to come out and look at it, and I should buy some Drano. Drano worked, but I had to use it every three days to keep it from getting very slow again.
