Affascinante, aggiornato, casa in stile cabana tropicale offre un caldo, moderno, accogliente per l'esperienza del sud della Florida. Ambiente tropicale privato con servizi apprezzati.
Grande piscina riscaldata, aria centrale / calore, lavatrice / asciugatrice, internet ad alta velocità, HDTV, asciugamani, lenzuola e sedie a sdraio forniti. Pac n Play, seggiolone e materassini gonfiabili inclusi.

Cortile recintato / piscina circondata da palme offre 2 sale da pranzo. Patio coperto con griglia Weber per grigliare / pranzare in qualsiasi condizione atmosferica! E una piscina riscaldata con illuminazione serale per il godimento di 24 ore!

All'interno piano piano ventilato aperto con molte finestre. Due zone soggiorno e una grande sala da pranzo sono tutte disposte su piastrelle caraibiche originali.

Cucina completamente aggiornata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, contatori di granito, lavastoviglie, ice maker, frullatore ecc. Lavatrice / asciugatrice Jumbo in zona lavanderia separata.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e graziose porte francesi aperte sul soleggiato cortile e piscina, bagno privato, vasca e doccia. Seconda camera da letto con 2 letti singoli e il secondo bagno con doccia.

Centro storico di Hollywood (bistrot, musica, arte e altro) a pochi passi. Campi da tennis / pallacanestro a meno di 2 isolati (racchette da tennis fornite). Famosa Hollywood Beach 5 minuti di auto. Hard Rock Casino, Gulf Stream, Aventura Mall, South Beach, Keys.

Nice location

I didn’t fell safe in this home, had to rent a hotel and just come visit for the pool. There’s a car in the garage which management said it’s the owners where they can open garage at any time and door from garage to home can’t be locked, all doors open out, entrance door doesn’t have extra locks.Main concern is door from garage that can’t be lock from the inside and owner parked them vehicle.

Short stay

Overall, the property was very nice and very clean. We had a bit of a problem getting in. We were really unsure how to do the door and called property concierge and he never responded until the next day. That was the only real issue we had but we finally figured it out and got in so we were good.

Great getaway

This house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and supplies which we used a couple times during our stay. Both bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor area, and spent lots of time in the pool. We would absolutely come back to this vacation home.

Beautiful House with a Pool

This house was absolutely beautiful. The house was decently clean. The pool is very nice, but the area around the pool needs some cleaning up. Overall a great property for the price!

Wonderful time at this property

My wife and I booked this property and two friends joined us, we had a great time. Kitchen is amazing, pool is just right, and we had an iguana friend drop by frequently. There are 1 million positives, property was just as described and in a very safe neighborhood, my wife felt comfortable walking in each morning. Only negative, I would suggest more toiletry items provided as we had four rolls of toilet paper for 4 adults for a six night stay. We hope to be back!

Quiet place to rejuvenate

Perfect place to unwind at the end of each day as you battle the traffic, weather, and highway construction... Pool was very private and provided much needed R&R. Close to all shops and services and within 4.5 miles from the airport. Great deal for the price...

Pool was great. Kitchen was nice. Place could use some updates but was nice and worked for us. House was for the most part clean but anything high was not cleaned. We also had a huge cockroach in the kitchen which we killed. We also ordered full propane tank but they had 2 tanks but one was empty and the other was 1/4-1/2 full so nothing was totally full and we paid $40 for full tank. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The place and location is average at best.

Perfectly wonderful!

Stayed here with my sons and it was perfect for what we needed. Yes, some of the house is a bit outdated, but I personally loved the retro tile in the bathrooms. Kitchen is updated and well stocked with appliances, pots and pans and utensils. The pool is delightful and seeing what we came to call "The One O'Clock Iguanas" was an extra treat for my herp loving sons. Close to everything, but in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Clean and well equipped

The house has everything you need and was very clean. The only negative was the pool - it was dirty and the pool company, which was scheduled, never showed. The property manager was pretty good about communicating, although they gave us incorrect info about the coffee maker and incomplete instructions on getting into the house. When I called to say we couldn’t open the door, the woman I spoke to was sarcastic and unhelpful. She put someone else on the phone who gave us the proper instruction. The location was good for us and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Fun Place to Sun and Swim

The heated pool and backyard hang space was our favorite! We loved to swim outside and enjoyed the privacy and palm trees. The indoor decor was fun. The location was excellent--so close to the boardwalk. We had such a fun family vacation!

Nice stay

The house was completely adequate for our needs. Stayed a couple weeks for a break from MN winter. Bed was comfortable, enough stuff in kitchen to home cook meals, nice neighborhood, walkable & used local Circuit shuttle around town. Pool was great! Some updates all around would have made it nicer but also probably more expensive so we were fine with the experience! Felt it was a good value & would stay again!

Great Location!

The property is in a wonderful neighborhood. Walking distance to a lot shopping and the park. Home is outdated except for the kitchen, has overgrown shrubs obstructing the front walk to get in the door, had to use grass because the brush had razer sharp edges. The front steps are very slick when wet(dew in the mornings or rain) & door swings out, so you have to step down to get in door(a bit hazardous). Pool was nice and warm, but constantly dirty due to all the palm tree droppings. Can use some TLC and new furniture. We would stay again.

Miami Carnival Getaway

Had a great time at this property. Quiet Location. Property Manager was easily accessible and responsive once I had an issue, which was rectified immediately. I would definitely stay there again!
