Escape to a relaxing vacation home that overlooks the beautiful Tarpon River. Cook-out or sunbathe by the pool while watching natural wildlife and postcard-worthy sunsets. Minutes to the beach, downtown, airport, cruise port, convention center, and a half hour to Miami. Book today!

This two bedroom, 1.5 bath two story apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, and plenty of space for your next getaway. Downstairs living area and both upstairs bedrooms all have a Smart TVs you can set up with your own accounts or watch local HD TV channels.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
You'll have private access to the entire self-contained townhouse apartment and patio right outside the living room. The shared pool / deck is steps away from your backyard and is in direct view of another rental. You'll have a grill and patio set for your private use.

Dogs under 50 lbs are accepted case by case. Please specify at booking so additional fee will be included.

The townhouse is located on a major thoroughfare. While this provides quick access to airport, cruise port, 95 and Miami, it can be quite noisy during rush hours.

Iguanas and other tropical creatures frequent the outside areas and are harmless.

Although we regularly treat the home for pests, occasionally a small lizard or other insect may crawl indoors. We'd be happy to come and remove any if found.

You are welcome to fish off the deck (catch and release) as long as you have a FL fishing license and clean up after every session.

For your safety, security cameras are pointed towards the front door and motion floodlight cameras in backyard pool areas. They do not look into any interior spaces.

The A/C is locked at a 70 degree minimum.

The pool is not heated and can be chilly from December to February.

Our home is nestled within a residential neighborhood. so we kindly ask that outdoor noise be kept to a considerate level.

After 10pm all outside areas are closed (pool, patio, etc).

Great Location

Location was perfect to everything in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Property was as described, clean, safe and relatively quiet for its prime location. Property had everything you need for a comfortable stay, with plenty of dishes, utensils, towels, etc. Beds were confortable. The backyard had a relaxing, chill vibe with a beautiful pool. Wish we could have spent more time out there. We got lucky and were able to see seven iguanas just chilling on the deck. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely come back again! bac

Great pool and convenient location

Josh was a wonderful host and very responsive. The townhome met our needs nicely. We enjoyed the use of the swimming pool and loungers. The pool was incredibly clean, there were some pool toys to use, and Josh provided towels. The home was in a convenient location to everything, from shopping to restaurants, and it was very easy for us to drive to the Royal Caribbean Port. The home is located directly off of a busy road. It was not a bother to our family, but if you are sensitive to traffic noise at night, especially on a weekend, it may pose a problem. Thank you for hosting us Josh. We'd definitely recommend your home!

Tarpon Harbor 2 February 2025

Townhouse was clean, roomy, nicely decorated, and close to everything. It is located on a noisy, busy road (lots of ambulance sirens for the hospital close by). The swimming pool is nice, but not heated. We stayed for the month of February, but were not able to swim. Josh responds quickly to communications.

Pleasant stay in Ft. Lauderdale

This place although located on a busy street is very quiet and comfortable. Checkin was east once I figured out the keypad. Was in town for a concert and the venue was 1 mile away. Very convenient. Also walkable to the shops on las olas Blvd. The only negative was we had to run out for toilet paper. Minimal rolls supplied for the party we had. No big deal. Everything else was great.

Nice place but only for a short visit

We stayed a month, and this place is definitely not set up for long-term rentals. The dresser in the master bedroom was in the closet and only two drawers were able to be used. The kitchen had limited supplies- only a few pots. We bought potholders, a colander, and a can opener. We were given only one roll of paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper for a month‘s visit. The couches had torn zippers, and therefore the foam rubber kept on poking out. We felt it was too expensive for what we received!

Perfect place to stay in Fort Lauderdale!

Our group had a great time staying at this property. Josh is a very hospitable host and the home was equipped with everything we could’ve needed. The backyard with a table, chairs, and pool made it a perfect getaway! 10/10 recommend.
