NOLEGGIO A BREVE TERMINE !! Per un massimo di 10 persone. Minimo 2 giorni di noleggio. Bella casa completamente arredata con 3 camere da letto e 1 bagno con piscina privata. Questo è un complesso di 5 unità e affitterete la MAIN HOUSE con accesso alla piscina privata e al patio. A pochi minuti dalla spiaggia, nel centro di Hollywood, che ha negozi e ristoranti, Aventura Mall e l'aeroporto di Fort Lauderale. La casa dispone di 1 letto king size, 1 letto matrimoniale, 6 letti singoli, 3 TV, tavolo da biliardo, scrivania; La casa è stata completamente rinnovata (nuovo tetto, pavimenti, bagno, cucina, vernice, finestre e porte a impatto) la proprietà ha anche: utensili da cucina, biancheria, chiave meno voce, sistema di allarme, videosorveglianza esterna alla proprietà, WiFi, tablet Android , Lavatrice e asciugatrice, barbecue. Quick getaway

Oscar is a great property manager and stayed in contact with us the entire time. The pool and backyard of the main house were great. We had two families with teens and it worked out great with the backyard and pool table to keep them occupied . Can’t beat this spot for the price.

Very good

it was a amazing vacation. Very good area. But not privet. There is a mobile home in back of the pool attached to the gate. And the wash & dryer was shared with the neighbors. But overall I would recommend to enjoy There.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. It was centrally located around the activities we wanted to do. Plenty of room for the 9 of us! Oscar was wonderful to work with!

Great place!!

Nice little house. We had 3 separate couples so the one room with 2 twin beds wasn't ideal, but we made it work! Even with 2 teen girls and a teen boy we made the 1 bathroom work too. Oscar was very responsive and the caretaker Cecelio and his Wife were AWESOME!!! Couldn't believe him when he said we were the nicest people to him and the first to give him a compliment. They take great care of the property. Very clean, loved the pool table and all the seating around the pool was great too! My husband is a Chef and enjoyed the kitchen a little too much! We will definitely be re-booking this place again on our next trip! A few recommendations: There were no plastic cups in the house for around the pool, no coat hooks or towel hooks in the bathroom, just the one towel rack, blinds or curtains in the front room would be a bonus.

Nice little house with a great pool. Fit our needs perfectly for space. Needs a little maintenance but nothing to bad. Owner was very responsive. Beware if you have a larger group of people, one bathroom can be a challenge. Good location for getting to amenities. Close to shopping, beach, airport, and port everglades.

Beautiful Home!

Really Nice House

This house is beautiful from the moment you walk in. The owner really takes care of this property. The house is equipped with all appliances, room enough for everyone. Large living room space and the pool area is nice. The owner was available every time I called. I recommend this house.

nice place to stay

the house is a nice place to stay very tidy and clean inside the pool area is realy nice to spend a few hours relaxing we had one small problem with the shower contacted oscar by email he was round the next day and had the problem sorted we made good use of the pool table as we had a couple of evenings when we had thunder storms but we also sat under the teeki hut whilst it was raining good place to stay i would come back again

Amazing house

Want to start off by saying the house itself is beautiful. The interior is all updated just as the photos show. We stayed in the main unit with three bedrooms and one bath. The one bathroom is a downside but we made it work. Other than the water leaking out of the shower(creates a very wet floor) there were no problems with the house. Having the pool and patio furniture with grill to ourselves is another great feature of the house. We were able to wake up and enjoy the pool everyday, very convenient not having to share it. The central AC works perfectly and cools the whole house down. Having a pool table in the house for a group of 25 year old guys was also perfect. The house was exactly what we wanted....Would definitely stay again

Just what we were looking for!

The house was exactly what we had hoped it would be! The pictures are very accurate and the house was perfect for our family vacation. Our four teenage daughters LOVED the pool as well as the indoor pool table and family seating for game nights and family dining. Oscar was great to work with, very attentive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The beach was a quick drive and was very family-friendly. A definite 5 stars for the host and the house!
