Summary:
Welcome to the Pearl of Wilton Manors, one of the most stunning house in town! Luxurious 3,000sqft 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms Waterfront home , infinity heated pool, Unique Tonal Smart Home Gym Station, Pool table, 30ft floating Boat dock, kid & pool games and so much more.
Have a drink on the rooftop around the fire pit at sunset followed by a barbecue cooked on the 4 burner and its summer kitchen.

The Space:
PLEASE READ *** MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 25 ***
Primary guest must be 25 or older and reservation must match identification provided with verified age, and remain on-site throughout the booking dates.

Featuring an open floor plan with luxurious designer finishes throughout, and a gorgeous outdoor space that includes a rooftop terrace with cozy seating options – this property is certainly one of a kind.

Situated on ocean access water, enjoy the sunrise or sunset from the sparkling heated pool steps away from the living room doors or catch some beautiful Florida sunshine on the lounge chairs.
The home also includes a private dock and floating dock as well. You can enjoy meals cooked in your gourmet kitchen, or on the grill, at the sprawling 8-person dining table inside or at the dining space outside.

The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances, 2 ovens, a built-in wine cooler, all cookware/items needed for a comfortable stay and plenty of counter space.
There is a washer and dryer, along with an additional refrigerator/freezer in the garage as well. The home has 4 bedrooms (2 Master Suites), with tons of closet space, and 4 full bathrooms, with massive sliding doors throughout that allow natural light to pour in.

There is enough room to fit 2 cars in the driveway. It is strictly prohibited to park in the street or on the grass.

3 minutes drive from the restaurants and shops.
Check out is at 11am unless requested and approved for later than 11am for $90. We charge an unauthorized late checkout fine of $250.

We understand that you are here to enjoy your vacation, But this is a very quiet and established neighborhood. You don't like noisy neighbors at home? They don't either ;)
This is a NON SMOKING property. 500$ fee for special smoke odor removal cleaning fee. We have smoke detectors in place that alert us to cigarette and marijuana smoke indoors. You will be fined and asked to leave with no refund of remaining nights.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED. We would like to make sure you are aware of the strict noise ordinance in this residential area. City Code enforced quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. You will love the street for its quietness... so it has to stay that way :))
The number of guests on site, at any time, may not exceed the approved number as requested in your booking.

Also, we are happy to provide toiletries for your arrival, however, please note that we do not restock items during your stay. Optional daily housekeeping available for a fee.

Service dogs and ESA are welcome.

We are more than happy to assist you with any queries or recommendations you may need during your stay.

A rental agreement from Viac Management will be sent for signature following the confirmation of each reservation. Signing this document is mandatory.

*The home is equipped with a Ring Doorbell located at the front door for easy access and security purposes, and non recording noise sensors located in the living room and outside patio that monitor decibel levels (they do not record video or conversations).

*Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood. Strict noise policy enforced on the property, by us, the community and by City Code Enforcement. Please be respectful of your neighbors and the City Rules, as well as house rules, at all times.

*We ensure that our toilets are in perfect working condition prior to guest stay. Guests are responsible for any clogging and plumbing issues caused by flushing toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary products, and other materials. If the plumber finds evidence of such items, repair costs will be charged to the guests.

Reality met all our expectations from what we saw online with good accuracy. This home packs a serious punch with a cool modern style, tall ceilings, oversized rooms, swimming pool, pool table, and a rooftop deck hang out spot overlooking the backyard pool, canal and the surrounding city! The property managers were very professional and friendly, and even checked in by email the day after we checked in just to make sure we didn’t need anything and had settled in nicely. The house is in great proximity to the FLL airport, the beach in Ft. Lauderdale, Las Olas, and all the other cool areas! All around we’re just very satisfied customers in every way we can think of! We are looking forward to returning soon!

Pictures do not do this amazing home justice!!! As soon as you step into this home vacation mode is set! The house was extremely clean upon arrival. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely spacious and the decor was fabulous. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was used every single day, which was a plus for 3 teen girls! Very quiet neighborhood close to the beach and shopping. Everything was perfect. Thanks for having us, we will definitely return!!!

The property and pool were very clean. Neighborhood is quiet but within walking/quick driving distance to restaurants and grocery stores. It has two masters with kings sized beds which is tough to find - beds were comfortable and bathrooms were perfect. We used the rooftop every morning and evening. If you are traveling with adults, this is a great choice.

Beautiful house with really high ceilings that gives you an expense feeling. Very clean and well taken care of. If I had to criticize something I would say it’s a little awkward showering with the glass doors next to you with no covering.in the master suite (Gardner got more than he bargained for! Lol)

The property was beautiful very relaxing quiet neighborhood communication was easy check in process was easy overall a great trip the water was a little bit yellowish when coming out of the toilet but that’s my only complaint

Overall, the stay was nice and the property is within a 15 minute Uber to the beach and downtown Fort Lauderdale. The beds are comfortable and the rooftop fire pit is fantastic. House is spacious and each bedroom has its own private bath. The furnishings are luxurious. The paper supplies were at a bare minimum and we had to buy toilet paper and paper towels ourselves. The pool pump is located directly behind the master bedroom and it is very loud and ran constantly, all night.
