This quaint, upscale suite is mere steps away from the ocean and broadwalk, one block from Margaritaville, Hollywood amphitheater, bars, restaurants and so much more! Full service check in/check out process, on call concierge: book tours, restaurant reservations +more!
The Pearl Boutique Suites is a newly renovated property right by the Beach and Broadwalk in the heart of Hollywood Beach.

Enjoy our scenic views from the newly furnished, beautiful and stylish front deck patio! It is the ideal spot for our guests to relax, socialize and take in the views of the beach and ocean.

Our clean and cozy suites offer updated stylish furnishes, and finishes.
Two large flat screens, 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom.
Our Suites are Perfectly maintained, new and super clean, you will find that will you will feel right at home!

Enjoy a fully Equipped kitchen, with full size stainless steel appliances, bath towels, beach towels, Beach Chairs, and more!

Not only do we have some of the most beautifully furnished rooms in the area, but we are perfectly located right by the beach and Broadwalk which offers tons of entertainment and restaurants!

Guests have access to their unit and to the laundry room located in the back of the building. Laundry is coin operated machines. There is no desgnated parking available, however street parking permits are available for purchase from the City of Hollwyood. On busy days at the beach it may be challenging to find a spot, so we always recommend parking with the pass and use Uber or public transportation as needed.

Early check-in's and late checkout's on any requested date are completely contingent on whether or not the place is booked the night before, or if a guest is arriving the same day you are departing. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Perfect spot for beach life

The property was very comfortable and clean. You couldn't ask for a better location to spend time on the beach or explore the boardwalk! Parking was a real challenge but overall the experience and amenities were just right.

Steps from beach

The Pearl is steps from the beach and broadwalk, centrally located amid the restaurants and shops. Even though it is Soo closer you the action, it is surprisingly quiet. It's clean and well appointed. We will be back!

Location, location location

So convenient to boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Unit was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and comfortable. Owner got us in early and accommodated a late check out. Will stay here again.

We were supposed to check in late after 11:30 pm, but I got the check in information the next day at 9:15 in the morning. Jackie, the host, acted like nothing happened. I spent the hole night with Expedia and VBRO on the phone to figure out where we were going to sleep that night. After all that Jackie wanted $150 from me to check out at 3😂😂😂. The room smelled like mold from the bathroom, the appliances were stained and rusted, the towels and the bed sheets were cleaned and the location is nice. But I still can’t believe she didn’t care that we spent a night we paid for outside, luckily was not very cold or raining. That was the worst experience ever

Cute studio steps from the Broadwalk

Our two-night stay was very pleasant. The manager on duty was very helpful, providing extra coffee pods when we ran out. It's not a fancy place at all, but clean and comfortable. Location was awesome, less than 100 feet from the Broadwalk and beach. Many dining options within a short walk.

Spectacular!!

We loved staying here! The location, the proximity to the beach, the cleanliness of the rental unit, the spaciousness, all in all our stay was nothing short of spectacular. Jackie was amazing, quick to respond and accomodating. The place has everything one would need for a long term stay.; just bring your suitcase:) We can't wait to be back. Thanks Jackie

Perfect Jewel

Our stay was perfect. 1 block from the beach and dining. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. The place is extremely clean. It was a great stay and we hope to be back soon.
