Hi Ronald,sorry to hear about this TV issue. During your stay did you let anyone know you were having service problems? Which service are you referring to? We do have all the streaming apps available on the Smart TV's.

We're very sorry that you had a less than ideal stay, however, without any concrete feedback, it's hard for us to improve the experience for future guests. We have a guest messaging app that enables guests to text us in real time about any issues, problems or questions. We respond to these texts immediately, as the app is designed for us to fix issues right away. Again, we're very sorry that your stay wasn't pleasant but we had no complaints from you during your visit.

Thank you for your feedback. Our concept was built, and is clearly advertised, as a contactless property built around privacy and tranquility. We apologize we had to undertake a painting project during your stay but certain upgrades are at the mercy of our contractors. We have a messaging app that allows you to message us for any special requests that we monitor 24/7 and we also have security and maintenance on call and monitoring any issues. The idea is, "we're here if you need us but we won't be seen." As far as us not allowing you to park in our lot all day after you checked out, the reason is we were fully booked and had new guests checking in. We have limited parking spaces and guests checking in take priority over guests that have checked out, just like most other hotels. If we weren't booked, we would've been more than happy to let you park until you left but I don't think we were being unreasonable in this regard. We're sorry your experience didn't warrant 5 stars from you but we stand by our property and guest experience. Thank you.

Xiuyuan - I'm very sorry the experience you had at our property didn't warrant 5 stars. Your complaints are very, very valid and we take them very seriously. We've implemented better monitoring services so ordinary requests like an early check-in and/or simple text when your room is ready can be better communicated to all of our guests.
