The Space:

Important: Please note that once you have booked, we require guests to complete a verification process that includes ID verification and security deposit. To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.





In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay, and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.



*Note: The $49 waiver does not apply to same-day bookings or local guests.



The space

This space comes equipped to make your stay enjoyable. There is WiFi. There is a living room with comfortable furniture and a 65” smart TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a large dresser for your clothes; note the closet is locked and not available for guest use. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a nightstand, and a full closet with shelves and hangers. In the kitchen, there is a small table for eating or drinking with stools. There is an office beyond the kitchen with a desk and rolling chair. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths; soap; shampoo; and a double showerhead. Your luggage and private items can be stored in the closet in the second bedroom. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner, and broom.

The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store across the street where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.

NOTE: The pack 'n play and high chair are available, but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items.



There is central air. Note: the A/C is set at between 72 and 75.



Close by retailers are Publix, Aldi, CVS, and Walgreens.



Local attractions: the BEACH!, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)

The entire house plus the backyard is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. Note: Backyard is a shared space.



Other things to note

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the property with respect. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site and we do not provide service between 10pm and 8am. Also, parking is limited to one car.



Note: Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

**Max occupancy at all times is 5. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.



**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay. If guests refuse, there will be a rescheduling fee of $50.



We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at Dream Vacations And Rentals. It will send you messages with instructions and guide you through a screening process and contract, which are required to release check-in instructions.
