The Space:

Comprised of 2 completely separate homes that can be booked individually, Victoria Park's Secret #1 and Victoria Park's Secret #2, guests now have the flexibility and convenience to book both together, where the entire property becomes yours for the duration of your stay. Inside, you’ll enjoy two fully furnished homes designed for relaxation and convenience. Each features a welcoming living room—one with two couches, the other with a cozy couch and armchair—plus smart TVs for easy streaming.



Both kitchens are compact but fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurigs for your morning coffee, and counter seating for two. Gather around the dining tables (seating four in each) or spread out across the two homes for added privacy and comfort. With a total of two kitchens, two living spaces, and multiple dining areas, the setup is perfect for groups who want to stay connected while still enjoying personal space.



As you step outside to your shared backyard oasis, you’ll soon realize that’s where the real fun begins. The patio offers everything you need to relax or entertain: a BBQ grill, firepit, lounge seating, a dining table for six, and a sparkling in-ground pool. Whether you’re cooling off with a swim, sharing cocktails under the stars, or gathering around the firepit, this space is made for unforgettable moments in Fort Lauderdale.



This rental comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 2 homes.



Victoria Park's Secret #1 comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, a desk, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Victoria Park's Secret #2 comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and a ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home, accessible to both units.

• Lot parking for 4 vehicles available.

• This property is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs, 55 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. No aggressive dog breeds and no exotic pets. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per day, per pet, that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the front of unit 1 and actively monitoring the front parking lot,

o (2) located on the westside of the home and actively monitoring the front door or unit 1,

o (3) located on the eastside of unit 2 and actively monitoring the front door and entryway,

o (4) located on the westside of unit 2 and actively monitoring the backyard area.

• This home is a combined listing of two homes, Victoria Park's Secret #1 and Victoria Park's Secret #2. Smaller parties are encouraged to book one of these individual properties.

• Long-term stays allowed.
