Private balcony overlooking backyard and heated pool, lounge chairs, built-in BBQ grill, 2 separate attached car garages.

The house is located in a residential neighborhood. NO PARTIES or events of any kind, NO SMOKING inside the house, No pets, absolutely no noise or loud music outside after 10PM, there will be a fine of $500 for smoking in the house. There are exterior recording cameras and noise detector devices.

No more than 6 adults (8 including children) at the house at all times.

The Space:

Modern home featuring, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms located on the second floor, tv's in all rooms. Master bedroom with king bed, huge closet, private balcony. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds, office space on the second floor with 75 inches tv and 2 sofa beds.

20' ceilings, open fully stocked kitchen, top of the line stainless steel appliances, wine cellar, quartz countertops, European cabinets. Dining room fits 8, family room with a comfortable sofa and pool view.

Kitchen:

Soft closing cabinets, fully stocked with silverware, dishes, glassware, plastic wine glasses for the pool area, pots, pans, cooking utensils, rice cooker, waffle maker, air frier, Keurig coffee maker.

Bathrooms:

All bathrooms include plenty of towels, hairdryer, initial toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes and toilet paper, 1 bathroom in first floor with shower and access from the pool, the other 2 bathrooms are upstairs.

Laundry room:

Located on the second floor, available for your use, iron, iron board.

Parking:

2 car garage, parking is also available in the driveway, up to 4 cars in total.


Private heated pool, outdoor gas grill, pool lounge chairs, pool (beach) toys, cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

*Home contractors: Please be aware that our pool, lawn, pest control company may be there to service the exterior of the house so don't be alarm.
