Our Waterfront home includes 60' dock canal that opens to international waters. Brand new heated pool with sun shelf and fountains. Practice your putting skills on the putt putt hole or try your luck at the Hardrock Casino one mile away or the Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk just 2 miles away by road or water. Every inch of this home has been redone with paradise in mind. Brand new A/C to cool down with TV's in every room with WI-FI. You have endless possibilities for entertainment in our beloved South Florida retreat.

This small house has a great backyard and heated pool (that we enjoyed every day of our December stay.) The beds are comfortable, and there are great TVs in every room. They've added a covered area with large fan just outside the sunroom since the posted photos were taken, which is a great upgrade. The home is in the landing path for Ft. Lauderdale airport, and air traffic is frequent and loud when you're outside. But you can't really hear that noise inside when doors and windows are closed. We found the kitchen to be less well-stocked than other VRBOs we've rented, so beware if you're planning to do a lot of cooking. The management company was very responsive both before and during our stay, and came out promptly to fix a few minor problems. Be aware that the third bathroom (which has the best shower of all the bathrooms) can only be accessed from the back yard.

We arrived on Thursday evening to find that both toilets in the house were not functioning. After contacting the property manager, I was informed that during high tide—twice a day—the toilets can become unflushable.The property manager did offer to relocate my family to another property farther away; however, this alternative did not fit with our plans.Unfortunately, we experienced the same issue again on Friday. The septic tank was pumped on Saturday morning, which appeared to resolve the problem, as the toilets functioned properly for the remainder of the day.While my overall trip was enjoyable, the plumbing issues were a significant disappointment. Reliable access to functioning toilets is essential, and due to this experience, I would not choose to rent this property again.

We were pleasantly impressed with this property and all the amenities, our family really enjoyed our time at this house and it really does have everything you would need when staying at a vacation home. The pool and property are impeccably maintained and we definitely plan on staying here again on our next trip. I would recommend to friends and family.

Our stay of 6 nights in August was truly enjoyable. I would recommend this place for sure. It was super clean and I am pretty picky. Super quiet area, well located and amazing amenities. It's perfect for a family of 5 or two couples.

We had an amazing long weekend here in Fort Lauderdale. Very clean property, excellent pool area and nice quiet neighbourhood. Very close to restaurants, shopping. Communication with the owners was excellent and the check in and out were a breeze. Lots of room for our family of 4 adults to have a very relaxing break. 5 stars!!!

SUPER CLEAN, QUIET HOME

The home is EXTREMELY clean. Very nice furniture (not cheap stuff). Decorated beautifully. The neighbors are quiet. If you are a party type person, (music, loud conversations, etc, )this is NOT the place for you. Management/customer service is EXCELLENT.

Lovely Stay

What you see is what you get! The minute we opened the door and stepped inside, we were excited. This property provided everything we needed for a special friends' getaway. We weren't worried about the neighborhood, which is very quiet if not particularly attractive. It has easy access to the main road, so getting in and out was simple. The home is beautiful with an open floor plan. Bathrooms have beautiful showers. Two of the bathrooms are accessible from inside the home. The third is accessible from the outside and the pool area. Speaking of the pool, it is not as large as it appears in the photos, but it is very nice and perfectly heated. Outdoor seating is ample and includes a covered area for those sensitive to the Florida sun. ValGal property management quickly responded to a few "fixes" that needed taking care of. We recommend this vacation rental for your next escape, and we would definitely return!

Lovely

We stayed with our 10 month old grandson and his parents:-) it was a great house for us all. Clean, stocked with what we needed, and very comfortable. We loved the planes flying overhead as did our grandson. Pool was clean and the gate to the dock area had a good lock. Management company was very responsive and super nice.

Quiet neighborhood with a pool at the house made relaxing easy. We liked the house layout and appreciated the outside restroom with the pool. The kitchen pots and pans and utensils needed for cooking were provided along with a gas grill. grill.grill.Toutdoor lighting was pool lighting

Very disappointed

The house is beautiful, but we have several complaints. 1- Roaches INFESTATION ( not a few) it was BAD!! 2. Fire alarm out of work and beeping constantly. 3. The stove is beautiful, but it is an electric hazard that is constantly turning on and off by itself. There is an electrical problem in the house. DEFICIENT CUSTOMER AND & MAINTENANCE SERVICE

Amazing location, house and pool!

My husband and I along with our 4 kids, aging between 3-10 had an absolute blast for our spring break here. The house is only 11 minutes from the airport! The pool and entire backyard made it so easy and relaxing for my husband and I with our kids. The double living room spaces was also and added plus! There was a great restaurant within walking distance called Mineos too that was delicious! I highly recommend and hope we are able to come back soon!

BEST GIRLS TRIP EVER!!

The girls and I were looking for a quick get away to enjoy some beaches and a little night life...but this place changed the direction of our trip and turned it into a "stay-cation"! We didn't want to leave the house!! The pool and outdoor space is immaculate and private. The seating area over looking the pool turned into our main hang out, so comfy and perfect for playing games. There's a big TV in all bedrooms and seating areas which was great for watching the Oscars! The beds and pillows are SUPER comfy! I chose the small bedroom with single bed and I've never slept better! We got take out one night, but mostly used the bbq. Publix, Hard Rock Casino and the airport are all minutes away. The host Brent and wife Melissa were WONDERFUL! So accommodating and generous. We plan on returning.

Resort-like Home

The home was gorgeous. It was updated and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed the multiple options for relaxing…. the heated pool, putting green, fishing off the dock and grilling on the patio. The home is conveniently located with easy access to 95 and the Florida turnpike, making it a quick trip to various beaches and the Everglades. Brett was very responsive. Highly recommend this property for your next stay in the Lauderdale area.

Fantastic property

These property is amazing. You recognize from the very first minute that the owners have thought about everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The house, the garden and the pool are very clean and very well treated. The contact with the owner was very pleasant and he reacts immediately if you might have any needs. The house has the perfect location for any trips north or south. We enjoyed our stay extremely and will stay there definitely again if we come back to Miami.

What a BEAUTIFUL property! I can not say enough great things about this place- To say we felt at "home" is an understatement! The bedding was so comfortable and the house was exceptionally clean. Stunning backyard with a canal view which was perfect for spending our evenings outside on the dock looking at the moon! Did I mention this place has a putting green?! So much fun! The Hardrock Casino is very close by as well as some great restaurants- Highly recommend and can't wait to go back! Bret- Thank you for sharing this gem!
