1. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, unfolding couch (1 person), Smart TV 65" en suite bathroom full private bathroom with JACUZZI TUB.
2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, Smart TV 55" .
3. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and a TWIN BUNK BED, Smart TV 55" .

A comfortable QUEEN Air Mattress at the living room.

Are stocked with the toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) our guests will need, towels are also included.

Kitchen:
Comes fully stocked for preparing a delicious meal with:
-Stove, Dishwasher, cookware, pots, pans, toaster, blender and utensils.
-Glasses for wine, whiskey, champaign and other.
- Salt, sugar, oil, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher pods
Coffee Station:
Keurig coffee machine, Kettle ->complimentary Coffee and tea .

- Large table that seats 10 guests

- There is a washer, dryer, iron with board.

-Dock: electric boat lift, 3 fixed bridges (8-11ft clearance).
-KAYAKS (Free to use) as well as life vests.
-Private pool has pool floats and sun loungers chairs available. A gazebo with comfortable furniture . Nearby is a gas BBQ grill (1 propane tank provided free of charge per stay) .

Parking:
Driveway - Can fit up to 3 cars.
Guest access
The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Door Access:

Each guest will receive a unique keyless entry code via the app prior to their arrival.

Parking

PARKING:
YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO PARK UP TO 3 CARS AT THE VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY. THIS IS CITY REGULATION. ALL OTHER CARS WILL BE TOWED FOR VEHICLE OWNER EXPENSES AND THE CITY CAN ISSUE A FINE OF $2510.

House Rules

No smoking, drug-free policy, no pets, and no parties or events. Please be respectful of the space and clean up after yourself.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
