✹✹Our pool is maintained at a comfortable 85 degrees for guests, with the pump/heater operating daily from 7AM/8AM to 5PM/6PM (season-dependent), aligning with or exceeding standard hotel practices. Should you desire a higher temperature, we can provide instructions for manual adjustment, subject to a $25/day fee to offset energy expenses. After each day`s use, we kindly request resetting the temperature to 85 degrees and turning off the pump overnight to conserve energy✹✹

✹House Rules Violation Fees✹

To maintain a safe and enjoyable stay, fees will apply for violations of key house rules:

Smoking Indoors: $500 for any smoking evidence inside.
Noise Disturbances: $300 per incident for excessive noise.
Unauthorized Late Check Out - $50-$100 for checkout beyond the agreed time without prior approval.
Unauthorized Events/Extra Guests: $400 if guest count exceeds booking or for unapproved gatherings.
Pool Misuse: $200 for violations, including the use of pool equipment without informing the host.
Improper Parking: $150 for unauthorized or obstructive parking.
