Guests have full private access to the entire home, pool, plunge, and tropical outdoor areas. Smart lock self-check-in for convenience.

House Rules

• No parties or events

• No smoking indoors, must dispose of butts in trash.

• Outside Noise Curfew 10pm - 9am. Please avoid using the pool after 10 pm to prevent fines. Any incurred fees, ranging from $250 to $750, will be passed on to you as guests.

• PETS: 1 dog is allowed with prior host approval. A $75 fee per pet applies, and breed restrictions may apply. Cats are not allowed. Pets must be kept off all furniture at all times and kenneled when left unattended. Please clean up after your pets. Additional fees may apply for excess pet hair, damage, or extra cleaning.

• Parking: no parking in street, AT ALL. Local enforcement is super strict and neighbors will call and report. Parking is permitted only in the driveway of the home. 3 cars max. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE LAWN or anywhere besides the driveway. Failure to comply will result in $1k fine and eviction.

• After booking, you may be asked to complete a short rental agreement or provide additional details for Chady Property Management to finalize your reservation.

• Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local reservation made without prior approval will be canceled without refund. Reservations made by guests residing in the same city as the property are not accepted.



✅ Good to Know

• All check-ins are contactless and begin at 4 PM unless otherwise approved in writing. (Changing time in Airbnb does not override this policy.)

• Same-day reservations: Check-in time may vary depending on the cleaning schedule.

• Late arrivals after 8 PM are welcome, but live assistance may be limited.

• Refunds (if applicable) are subject to a 3% processing fee for non-Airbnb reservations.

• Guests may be asked to complete a rental agreement after booking.



🚭 House Rules

• No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home. A $1,500 fine will be applied for violations.

• No Parties: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are permitted.

• Damages: Guests are responsible for missing or damaged items and agree to pay replacement costs.

• Local Guest Policy: Local residents must contact management before booking. Reservations made without prior inquiry may be canceled without refund.
