“Room was ok except the room they gave me..I requested non smoking and I’m not sure if it was a smoking room but the rooms on either side had people who were outside constantly smoking one thing or another and tossing the butts off the balcony onto our car and the ground (I was on second floor) below..staff wasn’t friendly (checking in and out)..pool closed and that wasn’t mentioned in their ad.”

“Lobby and receptionist were 5 star. Our requested room-king non smoking, the keypad batteries were dead. We were put in a smoking room. Ugh.
