“The room was clean and the staff was nice. But the room was old and outdated and had a lot of finishes flaking off offering concerns that it was not clean. The exterior of the hotel area is dirty and there is not any safe places to walk. And the treadmill did not work in the gym. ”

The bathroom chair was broken and left outside the tub. They were not helpful in guiding us to amenities in Knoxville. ”
