“It's great that the place is pet-friendly. We didn't try the breakfast, but the nightly fresh-baked cookies were appreciated. We encountered bugs in the room, and we were told it was roly-poly season. The front desk offered to move us, but since we had already settled in, we chose not to bother with the move.”

“The ironing board was broken. The TV said to auto scan. I could not get it to work. I called the front desk and they said they would come up and fix it. They never did. I just streamed stuff on the computer. The water could have hotter in the couch.”

“Staff was very unprofessional and tried to give us a different room than the one that was booked. Then tried to charge extra. Thankfully, expedia called them and took care of it.”

“There is nothing positive about this place. The room felt damp the entire time we were there, to the point your clothes almost felt wet when you put them on. There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and the walls near the ceiling. We were told when we checked in there were no more rooms available, so we knew we couldn’t ask for a new room. “The property breakfast was really good and many choices to choose from. However, I was given a handicapped room that I didn’t ask for and the shower experience was really terrible. My family and I were not able to shower properly due to to the way the shower water rain all over the floor.”

“When we got there the room wasn't ready but the nice lady at the reception desk said we could use the pool, which we did and it was great that we didn't have to just sit and wait. We talked to several of the staff and they were all kind and helpful. One employee filled us in on the fact they are going to be remodeling the whole building, starting on the 4th floor. “Not only did my room (Room 113) have bedbugs (I am covered in bites after less than a 6 hour stay), but the amenities are largely exaggerated at this motel. There was hardly anything available at their “continental breakfast”, and the room was visibly damaged (holes in the walls, a cracked bathroom door, non-working shower, and cigarette burns in all of the blankets). This was a hugely disappointing experience.”

“Overall great value. Staff were super friendly and accomodating. Only issue was that my bedsheet blanket had stains that were a bit unsightly. This was the only issue affecting my rating. All esle was great.”
