“Stayed the night of a major blizzard. Only staff was a room attendant. She went above and beyond our expectations. Her stepping up made a terrible weather trip a little less stressful. Thank you. ”

“Room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold food choices. Loved the view of Lake Michigan and Mackinaw Bridge from our room. window”

“I had a genuinely nice stay staff was chill and was not rude at all even when we had loud music playing only told us to turn it down some cause of people in the room next to us they had free fresh breakfast Beds were comfortable rooms smell very nice would stay again ”

“Evening check in person seemed annoyed she had to get off her phone to check us in, she was rude, we could definitely tell she didn't want to be there and that we were an inconvenience to her. Player's club staff also acted inconvenienced to assist us. No one seemed happy to be there. Room hallways were under remodel with wet paint signs and long nails sticking out of trim. Hotel definitely needs some updating.”

“Room was dated but clean; it did not have a table and only one chair. Pool and hot tub were closed. Laundry and trash in the hall. We were told that they were getting ready to do a renovation..”
