120 Bahia Via - Downstairs Unit on Canal with Shared Pool by the Beach!

This unit is the lower level of the duplex with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has 2 twins, for a max occupancy of 4 people. Need more space? Rent the whole unit to host up to 8 guests. The location of this property is well-loved due to it being situated on a canal (perfect for fishing!) and the short walk to the beach!

The unit has a spacious layout and features a private screened in porch off the kitchen that overlooks the pool and canal. The kitchen is stocked with all standard appliances including a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room off the side of the house that is shared with the upper unit. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.

Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic pricing plan, prices may vary from day to day.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. For the security of the home, there are two security cameras on the exterior of this home. One faces the front of the house which includes the driveway and one faces the backyard which includes the pool.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

Nice clean house on a canal.

Newly renovated, nice clean quiet neighborhood. Canal has fish during high tide, was great fishing for smaller fish. Short walk to beach.

Winter getaway

Property was very nice, clean, had the basics covered. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature, there was a pool float and chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather! Had great upstairs neighbors with whom we shared pool and area with. I prefer closer to Time Square, but traffic never backed up past our street, we could always get out to drive somewhere.

Great place to stay

We stayed here with family in the upstairs apartment, so we had the entire place to ourselves. The upstairs was renovated much more recently than the downstairs, but this apartment still had everything we needed. King bed in one room and bunk beds in the other, which worked well for us and our two teen girls. Very clean. AC worked well, direct tv in living room, and plenty of seating. 6-7 restaurants and a CVS within 15 minute walk, beach less than 5 minute walk, and Publix about a 5 minute drive. It’s away from Times Square, but we only visited there once and weren’t all that impressed so never bothered going back. Would definitely rent again if available during our next vist.
