    Benvenuti nella nostra bellissima e nuovissima casa con piscina riscaldata, dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla spiaggia. Questa casa ha davvero tutto! La cucina gourmet è fornita con tutti gli elementi essenziali di casa e di più, tra cui dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino, fabbricatore di ghiaccio, grande isola di quarzo con bar e elettrodomestici da gourmet. In tutta la casa ci sono molte caratteristiche per farti sentire come se fossi in una casa di lusso. C'è un ascensore privato che porta al terrazzo sul tetto che si affaccia sul Golfo del Messico, costruito su pavimenti in legno duro, marmo, quarzo e granito attraverso la casa, camino a legna, TV smart da 2 - 50 "e 3 - 65" . La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e bagno padronale privato che ha ripiani in marmo e grande vasca da bagno di 70 galloni, multi docce, bidet e altro ancora. Altri servizi includono lavatrice e asciugatrice, lenzuola e asciugamani, wifi gratuito e grande piscina riscaldata con posti a sedere all'aperto. Camera da letto # 2 e camera da letto # 3 hanno letti queen size. La camera da letto n. 4 / soggiorno ha un divano letto doppio. Questa proprietà è molto bella e pronta per te. C'è un periodo minimo di noleggio di 28 giorni nella stagione invernale.

Winter stay March 2024

We has a fantastic time as a family getaway! The house was great. We had plenty of room and the location was great. We had just steps to the beach and then came back to relax in the pool. The two decks provided a great view of the gulf and the island. The upper deck provided great views and a great place to relax after a long day in the sun. I would strongly recommend this location as a place to stay!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the proximity to beach, pool and privacy. Perfect beach house and spacious enough for our family. Ft Myers is a great beach for dogs. Noseeum bugs were bad and got in the house so keep doors closed.

Profound disappointment - Heartbroken

I rented this for our yearly family trip (My kids, Aunt, Mom, Sister, and Niece). It became a nightmare. A week before arrival the 3rd party vacation tried to switch houses. Talk about stress. They couldn't find something to match with a pool 4 bed/4 bath and elevator with the square footage. I tried to speak to the manager, but they he/she would never speak with me. In the end we did get this house. Upon arrival the pool was filthily, after 2 trips in the elevator it got stuck and was not in use 95% of our stay. The elevator takes you to the upper level to see the ocean. Both my girls have feet problems and my mom is 70, the spiral staircase to the upper level was available but no elevator limited our use of that portion of the house. In addition, we had no hot water for 90% of the stay. My sister was boiling water just to do dishes. We did not pay that kind of money to use our camping skills. The advertisement for the house stated 4 bed/4 bath. Nope only 3 bathrooms. It appeared they were remodeling one in the basement but it was not workable. The house layout was beautiful and comfortable, but you should get what you pay for. There were no welcome pack to say "hey this is what is you can use for the beach etc.". I called the rental property daily and again asked to speak to the manager, but never one time would he/she speak with me or has called me back. They sent the maintenance man which treated us like we broke the elevator. Really? He had to come several times to try to get us hot water and he let us know what a problem it was. Never once did a pool cleaning occur. My sister and I both own pools but really on vacation and what you pay, should you have to clean someone else's pool? Our girls could not swim because it was so dirty. The adults never used. Needless to say at checkout the maids arrived an hour earlier than our checkout and it just topped of the stress we had from this house. We have rented houses on VRBO for over 10 years within the family and never have had an experience such as this. It was our first third party rental. This house is rented through a vacation rental rather than the owner. Something I will never do again. There needs to be some improvements with the communication on what is available to the renter such as kayaks, beach wagon, cooler, ect. and the house needs pool cleaning, hot water, a working elevator, and the 4th bathroom as advertised. I would never suggest this property to anyone.

Beautiful house and month

The check in process had us a bit nervous but after we got into the house we found it to be as advertised. The house is well supplied with everything you need. Plenty of beach and bath towels and a large washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of large flat screen tvs with xfinity cable service. The furniture was comfortable and well placed. The master bath shower is at least 10ft X10ft with 3 different watere sources to choose from. The pool is heated and perfect for those who prefer over the ocean. Traffic on the island can be a challange but we found going south off the island was our preferred exit for shopping and restraunts. The fact this is one of the few pet friendly houses available was what drew us to it and the best review i can say is we rebooked for next March again. Its not cheap but we found you get what you pay for
