Upon entering, guests are greeted by a well-appointed kitchen designed for preparing meals with ease, which flows into a dining area with seating for four. The cozy living room offers a flat-screen television and comfortable furnishings, creating the perfect space to unwind after a day in the sun. A screened balcony extends the living space outdoors, providing a tranquil spot to enjoy the island breeze.

The master suite features a king-sized bed, its own television, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and is conveniently located near the second bathroom, which offers a tub and shower combination.

Beyond the condo, Fairview Isles enhances the experience with a resort-style pool, a shaded screened-in area with tables and chairs for relaxation, and barbecue grills for outdoor dining.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
