Rilassati e goditi le splendide viste panoramiche sul Golfo del Messico e sulla baia di Estero dal balcone all'aperto del nostro condominio all'11 ° piano nell'edificio A dell'Estero Beach and Tennis Club. La nostra unità non fumatori è stata rinnovata di recente, è molto pulita e confortevole e ha quella sensazione di "casa lontano da casa". Decorato con colori vivaci, questo appartamento con 1 camera da letto-studio può ospitare fino a 4 persone. Un divisorio è disponibile per separare la camera da letto dal soggiorno per la privacy. La camera da letto principale comprende un nuovo letto king size con cassettone, due comodini con lampade da comodino e un televisore a schermo piatto da 19 pollici. Il soggiorno offre un divano letto in pelle queen size, poltrona reclinabile, grande TV a schermo piatto con lettore dvd e una buona selezione di dvd per adulti e bambini e Wii. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e comprende tavolo e 4 sedie. Il Wi-Fi è fornito gratuitamente anche nella nostra unità.

Vengono fornite tutte le lenzuola, teli da mare, sdraio, ombrellone, giochi di sabbia, boogie board, refrigeratore, ecc., Per godersi la giornata in spiaggia. Fai i bagagli e sei pronto! Assicurati di guardare i delfini in quanto sono molto popolari nella nostra zona!

Situato all'estremità meridionale della spiaggia di Fort Myers, il complesso offre una piscina geotermica riscaldata, campi da tennis in terra battuta, 10 acri di splendidi giardini tropicali e 7 miglia di spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Un estuario di uccelli protetto con alberi di mangrovie si trova vicino alla spiaggia. Inoltre sono inclusi shuffle board, grill a gas, aree prendisole con sedie a sdraio, lavanderia in ogni edificio e Wi-Fi nelle aree della hall.

Se vuoi cenare fuori, ci sono molti posti fantastici proprio di fronte al Santini Plaza, che comprende anche una boutique, negozi di articoli da regalo, negozi di abbigliamento, ufficio postale, gelateria, porto turistico con noleggio barche e altro ancora. C'è anche un CVS che può soddisfare quasi tutte le tue esigenze di vacanza. Il carrello dell'isola ti prenderà dall'altra parte della strada a santini plaza per soli 50 centesimi e fornisce il trasporto al vicino Lover's Key State Park e in tutta l'isola. Fort Myers Beach è situata in posizione centrale, a breve distanza da Napoli e dall'isola Marco a sud e da Sanibel e Captiva a nord.

Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable

We loved the pretty beach decor and the upscale finishes in this spotless and comfortable condo. The unit has stylish furniture including a comfy king size bed and plenty of storage for clothes. A full kitchen was well equipped and we fixed breakfast and could have easily prepared bigger meals. The pretty bathroom had a large shower and great lighting! The birds eye view from the 11th floor balcony was a sweet spot to have a drink or eat lunch. Big windows made the unit light and bright. The white sand beach is a quick elevator ride and a 2 minute walk. Everything you could want for a day at he beach from coolers, chairs and beach toys has been provided. The owner was great at communicating with us and very honest about the amount of construction in the area, and the services (shopping, restaurants), in the process of reopening. Although there is still a lot of damage from Hurricane Ian, visible on FMB, it didn't hinder our enjoyment of the week we stayed here! Overall an exceptional, very clean unit with a friendly and responsive owner.

Wonderful location and beautiful condo

We stayed at this apartment from September 18-28, however unfortunately Hurricane Ian hit at the end of our vacation. Monica, the host, was in such good contact with us and not only checking in on the situation but let us stay past our reservation until it was safe for us to leave the island. Any questions or concerns I had Monica was there to help, and we are so thankful to her for letting us stay while the hurricane was happening. The condo itself was beautiful, and perfect for two people! Beach equipment was provided which was a huge help, we didn’t need to worry about chairs, towels, umbrellas, or anything! The location too is wonderful. There was a lovely pool and it was right by the beach. it is heartbreaking to see what has happened to the Fort Myers Beach area. When we can return, this is where we will be coming back too. If you’re looking (when you can go back to this area) for the perfect condo location, this is the place to go! The building and condo itself is perfect. I can’t wait until we’re able to return.

Vacation Paradise

We had such an amazing time here. I always dread packing for vacations because there never seems to be enough room for all my beach stuff. They truly provided everything and even things I would not even have thought of. They have gone above and beyond to make this vacation spot perfect. I have been vacationing in fort myers my whole life and this is by far the best stay I’ve had. Thank you!

it was awesome, the property was very cozy and close to everything in Estero Island. Restaurants were fabulous and the beaches were absolutely beautiful. Would rent it again in a heart beat.

Spring Break 2022

My wife and I stayed at Estero Beach and Tennis Club for spring break 2022. The location is phenomenal. The condo was well decorated, clean, and had everything we needed for the beach. The weather was awesome and we enjoyed every minute there. We spent a lot of time at the pool and love the fact that we just have to cross the street to Santini plaza for excellent restaurants, boat rentals , little shops, and a sports bar. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to enjoy Fort Myers Beach. The south end of the island is a little quieter and that is just the way my wife and I like it. Monica is an excellent host and was very flexible when it came to accommodating our visit. We will definitely be back.

Great stay!

My husband and I enjoyed a week at Monica’s place! The new bathroom was wonderful! New carpet and tile throughout the place. Very comfortable king size bed. We enjoyed the balcony for our coffee each morning and the awesome sun rises! Staying on the beach is the best! We loved being so close to many restaurants, especially Pincher’s, Santini Plaza, and Lover’s Key. We look forward to coming back and have already booked it! Monica was super to work with! So appreciated that! Thank you for sharing your lovely place, Monica!

Great Winter Get Away

Monica is a great host and the condo location right on the beach is perfect. The owners have made many upgrades. Across the road is Santini Plaza where you can enjoy the farmers market, shopping and dining. The trolley picks up if you don’t want to fight the parking at Times Square. For us, there was one negative that won’t be a negative for all. We like to eat in one meal day. Counter space is limited.

Clean and all of the tools for a great beach stay.

We had an airline problem, and Frontier changer our flights from arriving to the condo by 11:00am to 9:30pm so it costs us a day on the front end and too late to do anything at night. Then three days before our departure to Ft Myers they changed our return to 7:55am from 12:00noon, costing us the last night because we had to get up at 4:15am to get an Uber to the airport. Monica and Joe were kind enough to let us change our flights to a day earlier so we couch at least gain the day back on the front end. No one was in the condo that day so it was free and clear to check in. The key was in a lock box at the door and an easy access was made. We entered to find a clean condo with nice amenities on the bed sheets and bedspread, with the bathroom redone and a walk-in shower. Plenty of towels and beach stuff, chairs, coolers, beach towels, float tubes only in the pool were in the room. Two tv's one in the bedroom and one in the front room with a full sized couch. Monica was very helpful if we had questions on the wifi or any questions about the island. We will go back! Thanks Monica and Joe!

Beautiful Beach Property.

Beautiful and very cozy describe this place best. The entire process was simple thanks to Monica for everything. The remodeled bathroom is stunning. Something you’d see at a 4 star resort. Just steps from the beach this is a must stay spot!

Get yourself a new cleaning lady!!! Absolutely filthy!!! Pubic hair all over bathroom floor amd toilet.Carpets are disgusting, bath tub is gross, someone spilled something all over the side of the bed and it has not been cleaned and now has dust growing over it. Check out the filthy dirt all around the king bed. Heard from another owner that you can have your condo sprayed for bugs for free. You should use this service since I see you have ant traps in kitchen and I can tell you they are not working. Buy your guest some new towels that are not stained and with holes. Your king sheet set has holes and an actual patch on the top sheet- come on!! The pillows have yellow stains on them-maybe consider getting some new ones? Upon making pull out bed the sheets were tattered and full of sand from previous guest. The TV in the bedroom not working. The sink in bathroom drains slow and the plug does not work. Tub is also slow. Multiple areas on walls that need patching. There was no sense in reaching out to owner as she is fully aware of all this since she stated that she has been down to her unit in the last month. I can not believe she has such high scores? I am certain many of these people are friends and family or someone that has an absolutely no clue on how a property should be kept. This is your business, why not treat it with good care? Good luck to anyone who rents here.
