    Godetevi questo condominio fronte mare 2 letto, 2 bagni recentemente rinnovato. L'estate del 2013 ha portato un nuovo proprietario e meravigliosi lavori di ristrutturazione a questa proprietà.

    Cucina ed entrambi i bagni completamente rinnovati con piastrelle in tutto, ripiani in granito e nuovi infissi. Nuova moquette attraverso il soggiorno e le camere da letto con nuovi mobili nel soggiorno. Vernice fresca su ogni parete. Ingresso senza chiave della porta, quindi non devi preoccuparti di chi ha la chiave. Sulla proprietà piscina riscaldata ea pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti e servizi. Wifi gratis. TV in soggiorno e camera matrimoniale.

    La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con cabina armadio e bagno completo. La camera ha due letti singoli, cabina armadio e bagno con cabina doccia. Il divano nel soggiorno ha un letto estraibile queen size. La cucina comprende una zona pranzo e un bar per la colazione sul nuovo ripiano in granito.

    Situato al 4 ° piano, questo condominio è completamente fornito e pronto per farti alzare i piedi e goderti la spiaggia nella meravigliosa Florida. Ft. Myers è perfetto per lunghe passeggiate lungo le spiagge di sabbia bianca, raccolta di conchiglie e pesca d'altura. Ci sono diversi campi da golf situati in 20 minuti e una fermata del tram dall'altra parte della strada per portarti ovunque sull'isola. Tolle Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viel Stauraum, alles was das Herz begehrt. Ein atemberaubender Ausblick wo es Spaß macht auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken oder zu essen. Man wacht mit Meeresrauschen auf und schläft mit Meeresrauschen wieder ein. Es ist ein schönes Gefühl in wenigen Schritten am Strand zu sein. Der Check-in inf checkout war reinunglod und die Besitzer waren beide super freundlich und haben immer schnell geantwortet. Der Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe und viele Dinge wie zbsp der Outlet Miromar ist in wenigen Kilometern erreichbar. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen

Perfect!

Our family stayed here for and end of the Summer vacation. We were not disappointed! The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. It is brand new after hurricane Ian renovations and wow did the owners do a wonderful job! New furniture, new kitchen cabinets and a fresh coat of paint throughout. The views were stunning! We loved waking up, having coffee on the balcony to dolphins swimming by then end our days with beautiful sunsets over the ocean right from our very own condo! Very peaceful area and family friendly. The kids loved waking up and running out to the beach and going swimming in the pool that is right off the beach and just a few yards from our building. The location was perfect, we could walk to so many places. There were so many entertaining places to eat, shop and site see all within about 20 minutes from here. We will be coming back and staying here anytime we want to visit this area! Overall 10/10

I would do it again...But

As background we are from central Florida and can only get to the beach in the Summer months. If we were visiting from snowy climes this would be heaven. But we came in August.. thats the month that repairs are done. So a day without water as the pumps were re done. And about 4 days when the parking lot was re done. Nice outdoor grills, the gas was turned off to all but 1. The rooms themselves had a lot of flying bugs..Take away at least 1 maybe 2 stars for that. Mind you the bugs were not bothersome, did not bite or get in food. but were numerous. The furniture was that of a cheap motel Be aware the beach is a turtle nesting sanctuary so is not combed as some are. That bad stuff said, this was the best vacation of my life The location is perfect. A grocery store and many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The kitchen was well supplied. everything you could ask for in pots pans and utensils. The Pool was heaven. The A/C ,fans shower and the like were all in good repair. I loved to just sit out on the balcony read a book and watch the beach the dolphins and stingrays swim by..The TV was big enough and the internet worked fine. I want to go back to Leonardo Arms next year.. will probably look for a different apartment.

Two thumbs up!

Had a wonderful 2 month stay at this property. If you love the sound of waves at night and dolphins swimming by during the day this is the place! You cannot get any closer to the beach than this building!! Very walkable and safe. Would highly recommend.

Love The Beach View!

Condo is well laid out with beach views all the way to the kitchen. It was stocked with everything we needed. Great restaurants were right down the street. Publix grocery store was less than a 10 minute drive. Hope to return. Loved it!

Leonardo Arms Fort Myers Beach

We have stayed at this location now for 4 years in a row and each year we have been completely pleased with both the condo and the location! The owners are great to work with and always respond promptly with any inquiries we may have. We have already reserved for next year!

Another great vacation.

For many years we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leonardo Arms this year was no exception. The unit is rifght on the beach at the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach where all of the facilities are unrivalled. Sitting on the lanai in the evening with a drink looking out to sea watching the sun going down is perfect.

Another month of fun and sun in Florida. Our time spent in our unit at the Leonardo Arms was just excellent. Everything you could need for a month long vacation was at hand with at great view to boot. We will be back next year.

Awesome View

We stayed for a month and the condo worked well for us. The heated pool was perfection. Access to the beach was so easy. The kitchen worked well as I like to cook. It was well supplied with equipment and dishes. Appliances worked well too. We loved having two bedrooms and the balcony was nice for sunsets or afternoon sun. The master bedroom bed was too soft for us but the walk in closet was very nice to have. The AC worked well and kept us very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to Santini Plaza and CVS. We wish the association would reconsider allowing pets. Snowbirds often have well behaved pets and the pet policy limits potential tenants.Overall a nice condo at a reasonable price.

Very beautiful condo with a fantastic view. Very large pool and a beautiful beach. Residents of Leonardo Arms were so friendly. Would love to come back some day.

Superb condo.

We have stayed in this unit for a number of years and this year we found even more new additions to an excellent accommodation. Right on the beach with an uninterrupted view of the setting sun what more could one want. We will hopefully return again next year.

Very well kept and clean property.

This place is awesome! Right on the ocean, clean and updated room, granite countertops, owners are very easy to deal with and very accommodating. I would recommend this room to anyone looking for a relaxing paradise vacation.
