  • Condominio fronte spiaggia splendidamente aggiornato nel complesso Beach Villas. Situato all'estremità nord di Fort Myers Beach, sei a pochi passi dalla zona di Time Square (ristoranti locali, intrattenimento e negozi) e Bowditch Park. Non appena entri nella nostra unità, godrai della vista sul Golfo del Messico / spiaggia. Guarda splendidi tramonti sul tuo lanai privato. La nostra proprietà recentemente aggiornato ha piastrelle in tutto, una cucina aggiornata con tutti gli elementi essenziali delle case tra cui un'isola di lavoro, lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità, soggiorno confortevole e mobili camera da letto e arredamento bellissima spiaggia. C'è anche un tavolo da pranzo per quattro. Altri servizi includono Wi-Fi gratuito, TV a schermo piatto con servizio via cavo, lenzuola e asciugamani. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, TV, bagno privato con cabina armadio e ingresso a lanai. Goditi la vista della spiaggia dal tuo letto o mentre ti stai preparando. La camera da letto # 2 ha due letti full size. C'è anche un bagno in corridoio con vasca / doccia.

    Il complesso Beach Villas si trova in una posizione privilegiata. Ha anche una piscina riscaldata in comune e una piscina per bambini separata. Beautiful place

The condo was very nice and the sorrounding area is beautiful. The towns nearby still seem to be in recovery mode from the recent hurricanes. Excellent birding and fishing nearby!

Amazing! 10/10

Awesome stay! Came to FMB with family. It’s a bit far to walk to town but the beach trolley, tram, and Tripppin rides (golf cart rides) was awesome. Best spot on the beach, beautiful screen porch, would definitely stay here again.

Right on the beach

Sunsets everyday and no sand or crowded locations. You can watch the pool and hear the fun. Hope that Ft Myers recovers and returns the fun dining locations next time.

Great Beach Getaway!

We lived our week at this beach condo. The location was perfect….right on the beach and just a short walk to Times Square (downtown). The condo was very clean when we arrived and well-appointed with whatever we needed for cooking. Even though it’s a small space, all of it is used very efficiently. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. We would definitely stay again if ever in the Fort Myers area.

Nice beachfront condo

We really enjoyed the view, on the beach! Condo well equipped. No HD channels or ability to watch my streaming apps, not good. Park on north end closed. Got take out at the Pink Shell bar next door a few times and was good. Parking good.

We had concerns about the recent Hurricanes in the area, but all went well. Great location, condo clean well stocked had all we needed. Actually we brought a few things beach items (chairs) we didn’t realize they were provided. Would recommend.

La ubicación de la propiedad es preciosa, con una vista al mar espectacular. Tiene todas las comodidades, dormitorios bien equipados y limpios y en la cocina todos los utensilios necesarios. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y enseguida enviaron a un mecánico para chequearlo. Volvería a rentar este lugar y lo recomendaría a familiares y amistades.

A Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 101 was clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of bathroom and beach towels. Two propane gas grills with cooking utensils at pool. Outside shower to clean off the beach sand. 101 is far away from elevator, a good thing, and overlooks the pool so was able to watch grandkids swimming. Guess if pool is full of kids it could get a little noisy. Overall a great condo.

Beach Villa Ft Myers Florida

The condo was very nice and plenty of room. I was informed of construction going on with replacing the windows after I had booked. We were ok with that since we would be at the pool most of the day we only got one day of pool time and they closed it and blocked off the tables, grills and even the shower area to rinse the sand off. Also the thermostat keep going to 80 degrees and we had to keep turning it down. They told use we could use the Pink Shells pool but they wanted 65 for a day pass, a little much for a day. Would I stay there again? I would have to say No, but I will say the rental company was very helpful and they granted use early access the day we arrived and they did give me a small refund. Which I was not expecting.

DO NOT STAY IN BEACH VILLA'S #101

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at the Beach Villa's building annually for many years. I also have stayed in unit 101 previous to my most recent visit of October/ November 2019. This was the worst I have ever seen the property and specifically unit 101. This unit was just filthy and old. Upon arrival there were dead millepedes throughout the unit and balcony. That wasn't near as bad as the filth throughout the unit. It appeared as though throw rugs and pillows etc had not been cleaned for a long time,. The tile floors were filthy and bed linens and comforters old and and dirty.

We had easy access straight to the beach and walked on it daily. In the evening, we were rewarded by beautiful sunsets. The unit had everything we needed, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
