1 camera da letto, 1 bagno condominio per vacanze sulla spiaggia con favolosa vista diretta sul golfo dal balcone al sesto piano. C'è un letto king-size e un divisorio nella camera da letto. Comodi posti a sedere e divano letto nel soggiorno. TV grande schermo può essere visto dal soggiorno o camera da letto. Cucina completamente attrezzata con tavolo per quattro.

Per la vostra comodità c'è un ampio parcheggio in loco, ascensori di edifici, aree di lobby sicure e guardia di sicurezza in servizio quasi tutte le sere. WiFi intorno alla piscina e alle aree della lobby. (No WiFI in unità.) C'è una lavanderia a gettoni al piano terra. (Questa unità è sul nostro programma di servizio di biancheria quindi per favore NON lavare la biancheria. Puoi cambiarli nel nostro ufficio in Santini Plaza a un prezzo molto basso.)

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. The unit is well maintained, kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfy. Had a minor inconvenience with the toilet and maintenance was on site within 10 minutes. The grounds are looking good after the hurricanes too, beach restoration is ongoing but not a deterrent to enjoying the gulf. Anything you might need for a relaxing getaway is provided, just buy groceries and you’re all set. 10/10

The description of the condo matched what we got when we walked into the unit. Only issue was the fact that we and everyone else in building #A experienced about 3 days of no elevator service. Walking up 7 levels of stairs after a day of playing baseball was a little rough. Other then that we were pleased with our stay.

We truly loved the location... the balcony faced the estuary and the gulf! Having a somewhat private beach area was great! The condo buildings set-up made us feel very safe and comfortable with the area! The individual condo size was very roomy and nicely set up with the king-size bed being very comfy! The only issues were that the bathroom fan needs to be replaced, a new larger table would be suggested for the balcony, and possibly a better fan (the current box fan is not the best and is very dirty!) for air flow for the bedroom area. All appliances worked well! We did have a broken bedside lamp that never got repaired, but made do with the floor lamp available. Had lots of goodies, such as beach chairs, umbrella, some toys if needed, to use for the beach and noodles for the pool (they only allow noodles in the pool- no floats). We certainly would love to come back and stay here!!

Small condo but nice. Down fall is the old squeaky bed. Bed is hard and pillows flat so didn’t get much sleep. The bed needs replacing. Also you have to keep blinds closed at this tome for turtles but some of the vertical blinds are missing. The view and beach were amazing.

Property was clean Awesome view took care of it like my own. I had maintenance put the coat rack back up,fix the sliding screen door,and tighten the kitchen faucet. I would highly recommend a stay at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club. This particular unit on the 6th floor has amazing views of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets (alas, it was mostly cloudy while we were in town), a full kitchen, cable TV (no wifi, but accessing internet on our phones was sufficient), pool and beach toys (floats, shovels, etc.), and more. There are gas grills downstairs. My husband and I celebrated our 10-year anniversary on this trip and we were very pleased with the accommodations.

We LOVED our condo! It was the perfect size for two. I think it would be a bit tight for four. There is some small updating that needs to be done, such as broken slats in the blinds and a rusty shower curtain rod. However, OMG the view! Our favorite days were spent on the beach just a quick walk from the condo. I highly recommend! PERFECTION!

Very nice studio, bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and it was a very quiet location. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sunsets. We also enjoyed the many restaurant options that were in walking distance and the farmers market across the street.
