Located on the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach, this beautifully maintained 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers everything you need for a peaceful and unforgettable coastal vacation.

We are available as often as needed, but we provide guests the space they desire in order to afford them a relaxing and tranquil vacation.

The South End of Fort Myers Beach is known for its relaxed, residential vibe, making it a favorite for those seeking a quieter, more laid-back escape. This area offers wide beaches, gentler traffic, and easy access to Lovers Key State Park, perfect for kayaking, biking, and wildlife spotting.

You'll find condos and vacation rentals lining the beach, many with stunning Gulf views. It’s also conveniently located near Santini Marina Plaza, which features restaurants, shops, and a farmers market. The South End is ideal for guests who want to unwind while still being a short drive or trolley ride from the livelier North End attractions.

You will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of your stay, including the oversized swimming pool, amazing community lounge spaces, tennis/pickleball courts and community outdoor spaces. Designated Free parking is available in the parking lot, there is additional Free guest parking too!

Check-in is 1 hour earlier than the other rentals at 3PM. Check-out is 1 hour later than other rentals at 10AM

Fort Myers Beach offers a convenient and affordable public trolley system, making it easy to explore the island without the hassle of parking. For just a small fare, the trolley takes you up and down Estero Boulevard, with stops at beaches, shops, restaurants, Times Square, and Lovers Key.

Many guests will rent bikes and cruise along scenic paths, visit Lovers Key State Park, or discover hidden beach spots and local gems. Whether you’re pedaling to breakfast or hopping on the trolley for a sunset stroll, getting around is simple and stress-free.

Extended Stay Cleaning Policy:
For stays longer than 21 days, we require additional cleanings to maintain the comfort and cleanliness of the space. A $150 cleaning fee will be applied every 2 weeks beyond the initial 21-day period. This includes a full cleaning service similar to the one done between guest stays.

We’ll coordinate with you to schedule the cleanings at a convenient time during your stay. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the home in top condition!

May - October it’s turtle season. At dusk/dark all curtains/blinds must be closed. It’s the most serious law on the island. The Turtle's are busy nesting and little hatchlings will be arriving soon!
