    Wake up to the sound of the waves, sip your morning coffee on the private screened lanai, and spend your days soaking up the Florida sunshine on the sugar-white sands just steps from your door. After a day at the beach, unwind in the comfortable living area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

    Unit 1103 Highlights: Located on the 11 th floor. Newly remodeled. Direct Gulf-front. Sleeps up to 4 guests. 2 Bedrooms (Primary bed: King. Guest room: King) 2 Bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. In-unit washer and dryer. Beach towels, chairs, and other beach essentials.

    As a guest of Caper Beach Club, you'll enjoy direct access to the sugar-white sands of Fort Myers Beach, a heated beachfront pool, tennis and pickleball courts, barbecue grills, elevators, on-site management, and convenient parking. Located on the quieter south end of the island, the resort is approximately one mile from Times Square and just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. During the high season (November through April), guests can also take advantage of the free Fort Myers Beach Tram, making it easy to explore the island without driving.

    Please Note: Caper Beach Club is a smoke-free property for all rental guests. Smoking is prohibited in all units and common areas, including screened lanais.

    Property Update (June 2026): Window replacement work is currently taking place throughout the property. While every effort is being made to minimize disruptions, guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise.

Stayed March 1st thru the 7th. This condo is amazing. Clean, well equipped, awesome views, the most relaxing lanai, and great location with the tram stop right across the street. The salt water pool was clean and felt great! The grounds are always kept in top shape and I would highly recommend staying here again.

Pretty peaceful location....

We had a wonderful time at this location during the Memorial Day week stay. The place is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The location is excellent for side trips to Naples and other local restaurants.

Great spot!

Wonderful condo on Fort Myers Beach. Clean, updated, had everything you need to stay for two weeks. Quiet, yet walkable to more touristy things including restaurants, bars and the Pier. Would definitely stay here again!

A gorgeous condo with a gorgeous view. We enjoyed every day of our week in 1103. The patio offers amazing views of the beach and the seagulls and pelicans flying by!We will be back!

Beautiful accommodations!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. It is very clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the screened in porch was a treat! We loved everything about it, especially the view!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fort Myers Beach. This condo was absolutely beautiful. It had everything that you would ever need to make your stay comfortable. We enjoyed long days on the beach and evenings in Times Square. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Great Stay

This Caper Beach Unit was beautiful, Kitchen stocked with everything for cooking, beach towels and beach chairs. The beach at Caper is beautiful and not crowded. Host was easy to communicate with and available if needed. Two King beds was a plus for us, and the lanai was wonderful. Would highly recommend this VRBO.

Spoiled forever

Really enjoyed our stay! Great location and comfortable condo. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and the condo complex was well kept, neat and clean. The owners were great to work with and went out of their way to be helpful. The best place on Fort Myers Beach!

Beautiful condo

We had a great week in Fort Myers Beach. The condo is very nicely decorated and appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the lanai each morning and evening. We will definitely be back.
