Posizione! Posizione! Posizione! Questa incredibile casa con due camere da letto e due bagni completi si trova nel cuore di Times Square a 136 Primo e può ospitare quattro persone. A meno di 1 minuto a piedi da casa ti riporterà all'angolo di Estero Blvd. e 7 miglia di spiaggia di sabbia bianca.

Situato su un canale di acque profonde, si ha una splendida vista sull'acqua, insieme alla pesca diretta e alla nautica direttamente dal cortile. Delfini e lamantini frequentano il canale per il piacere della visione della fauna selvatica. Un grande ponte avvolgente elevato ti farà sedere in alto a guardare l'acqua e sentire la fresca brezza.

I proprietari hanno completamente rinnovato l'interno di questa casa, creando una casa incredibilmente calda e invitante per te. La luce naturale, combinata con una combinazione di colori della terra, tessuti pregiati e trame, ha trasformato questa casa nel tuo rifugio termale privato.

Il soggiorno ha una parete di porte scorrevoli che si aprono sul grande ponte posteriore. Le viste sull'acqua abbondano mentre si è seduti in salotto. Resta aggiornato sulle notizie serali sulla grande TV a schermo piatto o guarda il tuo film preferito sul lettore DVD.

Amerai la cucina completamente nuova su misura con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di alta gamma, un lavello profondo per la fattoria e una lavastoviglie. Tutto è stato fornito in cucina per aiutarti a preparare una semplice colazione per una cena completa. Naturalmente con così tanti ristoranti fenomenali a solo 1 minuto a piedi da casa non si può mai usare la cucina!

La camera da letto principale è un grande rifugio. Un letto king size pillow top ti aspetta per dormire tutta la notte. Una TV a schermo piatto in camera è lì per guardare un film a tarda notte. Svegliati la mattina con una doccia corroborante nella tua grande cabina doccia con doppi soffioni.

La camera degli ospiti ha due letti singoli e un bagno completo con combinazione vasca / doccia nel corridoio.

5 Star home, host and location!

This home is stunning and so convenient to the beach, restaurants, shops and the mainland. The host, Michael, has been thoughtful providing everything a guest would need for their vacation. Having a beach wagon, chairs, cooler, towels and umbrella was so appreciated and saved room in our vehicle for other things. We loved grilling on the ground level and watching the pelicans and fish. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything one would need to make family meals. We can't wait for our next beach vacation at this property! Thank you, Michael for ensuring we had a great stay!

Fun Staycation

Home was as pictured and described. There were 4 of us, 2 adults with 2 kids, well young men (16 & 19). We walked to Times Square and the beach every day and night, very close (a block to the beach and 3-4 blocks to Times Square). Lots of choices for restaurants. Was nice and relaxing to sit out back. Wish we had Kayaks since the water/dock was right there. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Was a nice getaway before school starts back up.

Great Location for Relaxing

Excellent Location!

House is in a great location for walking to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Nice view on the canal. The beds in guest room were smaller than anticipated (twin size), but it worked fine for the adults sleeping in that room as they are average height/weight. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

This cute house is in a great location. Close to everything. Super clean. Would stay again. Only thing that was a little upsetting was the cleaning crew coming on in while my kids were still trying to get all their stuff out of the house and packed into their car before it was even check out time. Didn't say anything to them just went on it.

Air conditioning and cleanliness

The air conditioner was unable to keep up with the war weather. The hot water in the shower was non-existent when someone else was using water. The sink in the master bath still had toothpaste in/on it from the previous renter. There was dust all over the pictures, which is not good for those of us with allergies. Michael was great and very friendly, we appreciate him. He communicated perfectly and was very accurate.

Great if you want quiet

We normally stay on the North end of the island right on the beach (so we are comparing a Cadillac to Chevrolet). That beach property sold in July so getting another place was difficult. We decided to go for location. This location was great if you want to be close to everything and don't want to to be bothered (We are people watchers). We had close beach access but don't know what will happen when Margaritaville is complete because the beach we used will be on Margaritaville Property soon. Pictures are a little deceiving, living/kitchen area is a real crowded little area (Could use a little less furniture) bedrooms are good size, bigger than necessary unless you don't like the people you are staying with. Don't expect to see dolphins or manatees, this is located at the end of the canal and in the mornings has little to no water. And as with all properties you require a stay of 7 days but you only provide 1 extra roll of toilet paper. Remember to check dishwasher upon arrival because you are only required to load and run dishwasher upon departure and it will be full. With all the rambling we decided this was not the location we wanted (we don't like to leave the beach and gulf) but might be great for you. Dog House at end of street and Yo Taco less than a block away.

Perfect location

It’s been said In other reviews and I’ll say it again. This location is phenomenal! Right next to everything you need and more. We were able to walk nearly everywhere and the beach is right across the road and is next to many restaurants. I’d give this house ten stars just for that. The house itself is exactly as described. Is it in perfectly clean condition? No. But it’s a vacation rental, not the Hilton. The grout in the master bathroom could use some TLC and a fresh coat of paint or scrubbing of the walls. I do wish there were more toiletries-we only had four towels for four of us and there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. I wasn’t expecting to have an unlimited supply but some extra on hand would’ve been appreciated. Either way we would 100% stay here again. Thank you Michael for being such a great host!

Excellent location for walking

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location of the home. Two excellent restaurants just a couple homes away - The Whale and The Dog House! I will say the home needs a little TLC. Not unbearable but small things like replacing the shower curtain that has mildew all on the bottom of it, tightening the head board to one of the twin beds (any small movement at all while you're sleeping will wake you up from the banging sound it makes). If those are repaired/replaced, I would give this property a 5 star rating.

Great Stay

We were very happy with the home, location and with Michael. We had a blast, everything is in walking distance. My only thing I would suggest is to know you will have to purchase additional toilet paper and trash bags. Thank you Michael

Perfect location

There was a snafu on check in where the cleaners had my arrival date wrong but the property management made it as right as they could last minute. Location was perfect for what we were there for. Slept great and accommodations were good. I would stay again
