This delightful, cozy, and comfortably furnished ground floor condo sleeps 6, and allows sliding door access to the shared large heated pool and deck area in this canal-front 4-plex with boat dock. Beach access is just steps across Estero Boulevard at access point #25. Ample off-street parking is provided.

This excellent location puts you close to the hustle and bustle of Times Square and all its shops and restaurants should you be able to break yourself away from the relaxing serenity of your quiet hideaway in this tropical paradise!

This condo is air conditioned and equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, meal preparation necessities, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils etc. Hotel quality five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.

The large shared heated pool with sunning area and chaise lounges is perfect way to relax and wind down a day at the beach. The property is on a canal and offers a boat dock as well.

A short drive to mid-island takes you to the Publix supermarket, but a trolley is also offered for convenient access to Times Square with the stop located just a few steps out from the condo to Estero Boulevard.

In addition, Estero Island and the surrounding areas—including Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples—offer an abundance of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Outdoor adventures like fishing charters, snorkeling, jet skiing, and parasailing are all nearby, and with Southwest Florida International Airport just a short drive away, your tropical escape couldn't be easier.

Please note that for large or extended families, the remaining accommodations on this property can be reserved as well, sleeping up to a total of 22 people.

Pet friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs. and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance. Pets restricted to dogs only, no other pets allowed and penalties enforced. Excess cleaning charges may apply. Dogs must be leashed when outdoors, must be cleaned up after and can't be walked on anyone else's property.

Perfect for a relaxing beach vacation

Convenient ground floor unit

The pineapple has Mom's breakfast truck a block away, a pool outside your door, and the beach about 100 yards away. So it is convenient to be here when you want to experience FMB. Would stay again!

Tropical Paradise Resort

I am originally from this area and moved 5 yrs ago. I have to say this was the best places I've ever stayed on FMB!! The location, price, size, cleanliness, heated pool, boat dock, and answer your questions asap! Definitely worth the price, normal small one bed hotels are hundreds more than this place when I came. It's on a quiet dead end street right across from a quiet area of the beach. I will definitely book here again when I come down! Only suggestion I could say and it's just knit picking lol, would be add some ice trays.

Coastal Breeze property manager, deceptive business practices.

Full review available upon request. Coastal Breeze, the unit manager misrepresented the conditions of the unit, and Fort Myers Beach in general, following the hurricanes. Midway thru the week, we were contacted by Thomas of the parent company, who stated that if a poor review was going to be left, he wanted us out of the unit immediately. A refund was offered at that time, but it was communicated that the refund offer was not to cure the issues, but was to give him ammunition to take down any bad review. We request VRBO to remove Coastal Breeze VR from its website.

Very nice but needs finishing touches & a clean pool

The unit is nothing like the pictures show. It actually was better than the pictures. It looks like it was renovated after Ian. The listing stated a king bed in the main room but it was only a queen. The unit still needs some finishing touches; There was no closet or dresser in the second room, no closet rod in the main room closet,no waste baskets in both bathrooms, the handheld in the shower needs to be adjusted so it does not hit the wall & run outside the shower, the kitchen needs more utensils, the ice maker & water from fridge do not work. Great TVs, one in living room & one in main room. Our main disappointment was the pool, it was dirty & had green algae, lots of discoloration & sand on the bottom plus Racoon droppings in it. (We saw the culprit). We contacted Coastal Breeze 3 times but we still couldn't use it. One of the main reasons I chose this place was because of the pool. It is in a quiet area & not too far from Publixs.
