Spacious and filled with natural sunlight, this air conditioned, completely remodeled condo offers comfortable and stylish accommodations with coastal flair. The Living Room features a large sectional (with a sleeper sofa for overnight guests) and a large screen TV with cable TV service so you won't miss your favorite programs. Sliding glass doors lead to a lovely Screened In Lanai with views of the island and the Preserve filled with our rare Florida waterbirds - herons, egrets, ospreys and spoonbills. The Screened In Lanai has a ceiling fan and patio furniture making it the perfect spot to dine and take in the Gulf breezes.

The fabulous, newly remodeled Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, granite countertops and a huge Breakfast Bar with seating for 4 - excellent for preparing meals and entertaining guests. Gather around the elegant Dining Table for 4 where every meal becomes special. Natural sunlight flows through the trio of beautiful windows offering glimpses of swaying palm trees.

Drift into peaceful sleep in your coastal inspired, elegant Master Bedroom En Suite with crips linens, natural textures and gentle breezes from the open private Lanai access doors. The King sized Bed welcomes you after a full day at the beach. Master Bedroom also features its own TV for late night viewing. The En Suite Master Bath is a place to unwind with its double vanities, luxury finishes, and a relaxing Walk In Shower. There's a custom designed Master Bedroom Closet. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen sized Bed with a view of the Gulf from the window! The Guest Bedroom also has an En Suite Bath with a tub/shower combo and a custom designed closet.

There's a dedicated laundry room in unit that features a full sized washer and dryer. No going home with dirty clothes!

This unit offers free WiFi, a secured lobby, a building elevator, and ample on site parking. This unit includes one covered designated parking spot and there are additional open guest parking spaces. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just down the street, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island. However, our island's beach renourishment is finished and we are ready to welcome visitors back to enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
