Just steps away, the dining area provides plenty of room for family meals, while the large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Modern stainless-steel appliances and lovely white countertops give the kitchen a fresh, contemporary feel, perfect for preparing meals together. From here, you can step out onto the screened balcony and enjoy sweeping views of the canal marina and the island from the fifth floor.

The master suite is beautifully decorated with modern décor and includes its own TV, large windows with stunning views, and a recently updated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king-sized bed and its own TV, while the third bedroom is ideal for children or extra guests, featuring a twin bed, twin bunk beds, and a TV. The guest bathroom includes a convenient tub and shower combination. For added ease, Palm Harbour 501 also has its own washer and dryer.

Resort-style amenities await just downstairs, including a sparkling pool along the canal, a relaxing hot tub, and tennis courts for active fun. Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters.
