Located just across the street from the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf, this inviting condo offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience for your extended beachside escape.

Step into a thoughtfully updated kitchen featuring sleek countertops and modern cabinetry, ideal for preparing meals after a sun-soaked day. The adjacent dining area seats four comfortably, creating a cozy space for shared meals and conversation.

The living room is designed for unwinding, with plush seating and a serene ambiance. A unique highlight is the converted screened-in balcony—now an airy extension of the living space—framed by sliding glass doors that open to welcome in the refreshing Gulf breeze.

The spacious master suite features a king-sized bed, private TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom offers a warm, welcoming retreat for two additional guests, while the living room’s pull-out sofa accommodates two more, making this condo suitable for up to six guests. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo ensures comfort and convenience for all.

Fairview Isles amenities include a large heated pool, BBQ grill, and a screened outdoor seating area perfect for evening gatherings or quiet mornings with coffee.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters.

Additionally, we provide a trial-size dishwashing liquid, a dish sponge and a roll of paper towels.
