Tutto fornito per la migliore vacanza in famiglia di sempre. Rilassante, posizione comoda, a 3 minuti a piedi da un negozio di alimentari. La piscina interna riscaldata / vasca idromassaggio è luminosa, luminosa e molto pulita. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia 400 piedi. 3 camere da letto 7 posti letto, ha 1 bagno, e un ampio soggiorno, zona pranzo e zona salotto, cucina completamente attrezzata ampia zona lavanderia lavatrice full size e asciugatrice. grill, 2 nuovi 55 "TV. Internet molto veloce, la posizione è tranquilla ma centrale a tutti. La proprietà ha il suo molo privato sul canale a 12 minuti di barca dal Golfo. Molto vicino a ristoranti locali e posti per mangiare ma con la cucina completa non devi mangiare fuori ogni pasto. Marina, negozio navale, ristoranti, spiaggia, parco e Baia Estero tutti nelle vicinanze. Hai tutto il primo piano per la tua famiglia e tutti i letti sono nuovi letti ipoallergenici. Questa posizione è tranquilla ma centrale per tutta l'azione di Fort Myers Beach. Il vialetto ha spazio per 5 auto. Conserva la tua attrezzatura da spiaggia e le biciclette nel garage chiuso. 5 brutte biciclette sono fornite per il vostro uso e una nuova carrozza da spiaggia per il trasporto di refrigeratori e sedie per la spiaggia. I cani sono i benvenuti sulla spiaggia al guinzaglio. I cani sono i benvenuti nella nostra casa con il pagamento della tassa del cane. (Siamo così dispiaciuti che non possiamo ospitare gatti a causa di allergie.) Uno di usare David o Katie stare al piano di sopra alcuni giorni ogni mese. Oppure abbiamo degli amici che stanno al piano di sopra, così possiamo correggere qualsiasi problema che si presenta di solito in fretta. E se non siamo nei dintorni della nostra manutenzione, l'uomo può esserci presto.

Super convenient to get to the beach and the house had chairs, umbrella, wagon, etcPublix was one street over. Loved that. The island had holiday traffic so getting to the grocery without getting in the car was a nice surprise. House was well stocked with kitchen supplies, paper towels, toilet paper etc. Really nice to check in and not have to worry about necessities on day one.

After two negative experiences with vacation rentals in the area (the hosts didn't respond), we were really relieved to have David as a host who responded within minutes. Everything went smoothly. The location of the house is a dream, just a few steps from the sea, with a canal in the garden, and absolutely quiet. There is a Publix right next door, which is also very convenient. Everything was very clean. The children loved the toys and bicycles and, of course, the pool.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware which we appreciated. Being 1 street over from Publix was a huge plus. We loved the super strong air vent that blew icy cold air straight at the bed while we slept. We used the box fan provided just to produce white noise. The house is dog friendly, yet it is the cleanest vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. Our little dog had a great time too. The area was very quiet and relaxing, and the walk to the beach only took a few minutes. David and Katherine were quick to respond with any questions we had. I would highly recommend their place to anyone looking to spend some time in Fort Myers Beach.

We had a wonderful week at Katherine and David’s property! It was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and perfectly located near the beach. Absolutely perfect!

This home is absolutely perfect. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The access to the beach was perfect. The host was top notch. The pool and hot tub were absolutely outstanding! We’ve had many VRBO experiences and David made this the best of them all. There is an alarm on the pool door which made me rest easier! This was a 10 Star experience.

Great pool and close to beach!

This was the perfect place to stay! It is very dog friendly too:) We loved sitting around the pool, hot tub, and deck all day but especially for our morning coffee before exploring. The beach is very close and is also great for dogs. The neighborhood is cute and the neighbors super friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The owners were very easy to work with!! Thank you for a great vacation!

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Check in was easy and everything was as described. There was nothing additional that was needed. Publix is a very short walk, which was so convenient. We had family visit as well, and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the kids were fishing off the dock. Beach access was easy and quick. We loved walking the beach and found so many beautiful shells. David and Katie were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for everything you need. Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again! Thank you, David & Katie!

Great house great hosts.

We enjoyed our stay. My husband grandkids and I had plenty of room to spread out. Kids each had their own rooms which they loved. They played hours in the pool and hot tub. ( lots of pool toys and beach toys). David and Kathi were great hosts, very accommodating, and have thought of everything. We were even able to bring our boat and dock right at house. Loved it all. Thank you

Perfect little piece of Paradise!

The pictures do not do this place justice! My husband and I stayed with our two dogs and both our parents for a week. This place had everything we needed and more! The location is incredible- short walking distance to the beach and Publix. During our stay we spent a lot of time on the dock, where we saw manatees swimming in the canal and iguanas hanging out in the neighbors yard. David was great at communicating our entire stay, including when we had a few issues with the hot tub. Luckily my hubby is pretty handy and he was able to get the hot tub working without much hassle. The pool was perfect to cool off in and the waterfall was so relaxing to listen to while working on our tans. It was so nice to have all the amenities of a five star hotel solely ours for our stay!

Your own little oasis

We had such a great time! Family of 3 + fur baby. David is very easy to communicate with and he responds quickly. The location is perfect! We were wanting a quiet getaway not the big condo feel. From the moment we arrived we were so happy with our choice! Our daughter enjoyed the pool and hot tub so much..And so did we! Beach is very close easy walk across the street. We rented a boat and were able to tie it up out back on the dock. It was a quick boat ride over to Sanibel and surrounding areas. We never saw anything in the canal but on our boat rides we saw manatees, dolphins, sea turtles, rays, and even a baby hammerhead. You just can’t beat this location and it’s out of the hussle and bussle but still close enough to ride bikes or drive down to Times Square. Publix is easily walkable. It is dated in some ways but we spent so little time in the house it didn’t matter. It was very clean and came with everything you could possibly need. After a long day at the beach nothing beat enjoying a cocktail on the dock. It was very much worth the price and we would definitely stay again. Small heads up… there’s no ceiling fans…. If you require a fan at night (like us) plan to bring one.

We had an amazing stay. The owners are extremely friendly and helped us out with whatever we needed. They were very quick to respond to any question. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic, and that our kids had an amazing time. Great pool and close to beach!

We had a blast! Did not want to leave

We had a great stay and (social distant) safe vacation in this lovely home. Location Location!!! Loved how close the beach was :) . The pool was nice and so was the jacuzzi. It had cool lights for the night time. We went as a family vacation including our 2 small children and dog (our adult son joined us for part of the stay). We did not want to leave! We ordered food and groceries. My husband and sons tried fishing (they only caught a few fish), but still enjoyed it! Only downside I would say was that the master bedroom DID NOT have a LOCK!!! This was awful! We had to put a barrier in front of the door to stop our kids from entering our room. Needless to say we almost got caught by our 8year old. Omg! Also, sorry to mention but upon arrival the pool area was a mess. There were pool toys all over the pool area (many inside the pool as well as around). This is our 2nd summer vacation this year and I was able to take a video of my kids reaction to the last place upon arrival. Unfortunately, because of the messy visual on this lovely home I was not able to post the video of us arriving :( And it also made us feel like the pool was unappealing (which it wasn’t and we soon looked past that and enjoyed it sooooo much). Overall, the home deserves 5 stars because the owners were amazing! We appreciated all the wonderful amenities this house had to offer. We do want to stay here again and hope that the master bedroom gets a much needed lock. Great place! You will love staying here!

We had a fantastic time. The property was perfect. The house was such a beachy feel and was a great fit for our family and we felt at home here. The beach was a 3 minute walk and publix was 1 block away. The beach is very nice with beautiful skyline and sunsets and not over crowded. The pool and jacuzzi area was great and that's where we spent most of our time. The dock area was also a great hang out area. We ended up catching catfish, red snapper, trout, sting ray, and snook. The snook were running like crazy at night during hightide. David and Kathy were great hosts and had the courtesy to check in with us to make sure everything went smoothly and if we had any questions. The directions for everything were clear and precise. We will definitely be coming back to their property. If your looking for a great spot this is the place. We had such a great time hanging with family and just completely relaxing with no worries. It's a fantastic place to get away from reality.

Great location!

This home is in such a great location! Publix right down the street, beach maybe 3 football fields away... so convenient! I drive for work and this vacation I just wanted to sit back, relax not have to drive to the beach or really anywhere....fishing right out the back door (I caught a beautiful catfish back there on my stay) nice chairs out on the deck with leg rest and chairs to lay in the sun.... swimming pool and hot tub all right there so I literally had almost no driving to do other than up to Publix which is like a block away and we went out to eat a few times (doc fords rum bar and grille is AMAZING!!!) My daughter and son LOVED the lights in the pool and hot tub! The kitchen had everything that we needed to make our meals every night, plenty of towels in the linen closet for showers and the pool. With everything right there it made one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve been on. David stayed in touch throughout the whole vacation and before, throughout this whole COVID-19 mess which was such a peace of mind! Thank you David and Katie for allowing us to stay in your home this last week!

Nice comfortable home:)

David was very friendly and easy to work with. He happily shared info about restaurants and fun activities nearby as well. The pool is heated and the hot tub was great! We recommend this home.
