Fort Myers Beach Oasis! Newly Renovated! 4BR/4BA, POOL!

Welcome to "The Oasis!" Newly renovated after Hurricane Ian, this pristine property is ready for guests!

With its own private pool and spa, it's also just a few minutes walk to the beach from access point #15 on Sterling Ave.

Newly professionally decorated with high-quality classic beach style furnishings, this 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom home sleeps 10. Master bedroom is equipped with a king, 2nd bedroom is also outfitted with a King, the 3rd bedroom contains a Queen and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 2 king bedrooms each have their own bath, with a 3rd shared bath. A queen mattress is available for additional guests.

The spacious open living room has a large screen TV and a comfy sectional sofa for your whole family to enjoy. A separate dining room, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast seating give you plenty of space for meals You can also relax on the screened-in porch. Free high-speed WiFi and cable service are provided.

A half bath and laundry are found on the lower level near the pool and you'll find everything you need to enjoy yourself.

Catch the Trolley right on Estero Blvd. to enjoy all the island has to offer. You'll find plenty of restaurants and shopping, a movie theater, groceries, and more! Visit Snook Brite Marina where you can rent a boat, take dolphin tours, or get fishing bait.

Best of all, the beach is just a short walk to beach access point #15 off Sterling Ave. This is one of the most scenic and desirable access points with a path leading to white sand. It's a fabulous spot to watch gorgeous sunsets.

Starter soap, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels are provided, as well as an outdoor grill, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a beach wagon.

This home is pet friendly. Dogs are welcome on a case-by-case basis with an additional $200 fee.

Saturday - Saturday rentals Jan - August. If you're looking for different days, please ask.

Convenient Beach House

We had a marvelous vacation with three generations. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, and stores is so convenient. The house and pool are lovely. Extras include beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and toys.

Home Away From Home

This is a pretty big house and could easily handle two families. We didn't even touch one of the bedrooms. The pool and spa were really great, the spa only took about 10 to heat up to full temp,.

Lovely home with pool and hot tub. Nicely accommodated our group of 8 adults. Lovely decor with comfortable furniture and beds. Pool level covered porch could use some comfortable lounge furniture and fire table. Loved the upper screened in porch with large dining table and chairs. No water view but two blocks from the gulf beach access. Convenient to restaurants, grocery and liquor store and some boutique shopping. Bonita Springs with lovely outdoor Promenade mall and restaurants 20 minute drive.

Amazing

We have been staying in Fort Myers for 20 years and we always rent. This was the best ever! John is so friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. The location is perfect. Close to Publix. I highly recommend you rent bikes and enjoy a bike ride to time square. Otherwise you will be stuck in island traffic. The beach is beautiful and walking distance. Pool is clean and warm. Everything you need for day at the beach is available for you. Enjoy and don’t hesitate to book here! We will be back soon and plan to stay at their properties in the future! Fort Myers Strong!
