Ottima posizione a sud dell'isola per questo condominio ben mantenuto efficienza. Posizione fronte mare con servizi in loco tra cui campi da tennis, piscina, campi da shuffleboard, griglie per barbecue, lavanderia in loco, doppi ascensori, corridoi interni, ingressi garantiti, scivoli per la spazzatura e internet wireless ad alta velocità nella hall e nella zona piscina forniti dalla Condo Association . Vista sul retro e sul campo da tennis da questa unità all'ottavo piano che offre un balcone aperto, cucina completamente attrezzata, bagno completo con vasca e doccia, letto king size più divano letto nel soggiorno. Situato direttamente dall'altra parte della strada da Santini Marina Plaza, a pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti, negozi convenienti, porto turistico, campo da golf, cinema, farmacia, centro medico, chiese e altro ancora. Accesso WiFi gratuito nell'unità. Non fumatore. Occupazione massima 4 La piscina è aperta dall'alba al tramonto. Will not stay here again

First of all I want to say that this whole linen process is not worth it. If you want fresh linen, you need to pay a fee, however try leaving clean linen in your units next rims. The sheets on this bed were the worst I have ever seen. The quality was worse than the cheapest motel and the comforter pictured for this unit, is reversible but both sides were stained and very cheap and old comforter. Invest in a decent one, it doesn’t cost a lot. There was only one small lamp in the bedroom area and it did not work, we even replaced the bulb and tried connecting it to other outlets, it’s just a heap and broken. The a/c never cooked enough so we would feel fresh when coming from the water but at night it would get warm in the unit. The condos themselves were just ok. A lot of residents in the unit and they definitely treat you like your not welcome and can be rude to any children in the pool, we barely used it for this same reason.

After driving 16+ hours, we had a hard time finding where thw correct office was to get thw keys for our place. After other guest on the property finally told us where the office was we was able to get out keys, office ladies where nice and prolite. When we got i to our studio apartment it was a disaster, filthy dirty noone had cleaned the space yet, after calling the office over and over to get no answer my husband finally drove over to see what the deal was they apologized and said they would get us a space to go to while they get the cleaning lady up to clean. We waited in this dirty apartment for over an hour before they showed up to clean, and then they didnt have another space like they said for us to take our stuff and hangout till it was done. So we had to just trust their cleaning team with our stuff and went down to the beach while they cleaned. They did apologize and refunded us part of our cleaning fee, which I feel like wasnt enough. We stayed with them from the 2nd-10th. We was supposed to get fresh linens during that time period and didnt. They was nothing to wash the dishes with, not even for the dish washer, no trash bags, and you got 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels. Over all this place wasnt worth the stay, I would not rent from this company again! I have plenty of photos of the mess that we graciously walked i to after such a drive, when we expected to be able to rest!

Super Spot

Easy check-in and all that we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler. View of the gulf is especially spectacular - and we even enjoyed the Pink SuperMoon during our stay.

Wonderful

We have stayed in this complex 2 other times. The location is great, easy access to the beach. The pool is on site. Shopping, dining, boating it’s all just a walk across the street. The property is very well kept up. The only downside is the construction on the main road in front of the property but I’m sure it will improve soon.

Very disappointed with my whole VRBO experience. Started with trying to get information regarding our rental from the Vacation Rental office, it was like pulling teeth to get information on what our condo had to offer. When we arrived, the Condo was NOT what was pictured, the picture showed that they had "accordion like" doors to partition off the bedroom from the living room, there was nothing to separate the two, there was only 2 pillows, so I had to go to the office across the street to get another pillow. The bathroom had majority of the lights out and the toilet wouldn't flush, had to call maintenance to fix that. Was led to believe that the condo had a washer/dryer in it, it didn't-but there was a laundry room in the Lobby area. To me was lacking some of the basic things you would find in a Condo rental. Would have been nice to have a cooler in there for the beach. Wasn't impressed at all, very disappointed.
