  • L'arredamento bello, che vi farà sentire come se foste veramente in una casa sulla spiaggia. Cucina aggiornato con tutti gli elementi essenziali di una casa tra 4 posti a sedere al tavolo da pranzo. Il nostro complesso sulla spiaggia comprende anche 2 tv a schermo piatto e un lettore DVD, letti confortevoli e un ampio bagno. Dalla vostra grande soggiorno, cucina e Lanai, si gode la splendida vista sul Golfo del Messico e la spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Tramonti dal lanai sono bellissime.

    Le dotazioni di Gateway Villas includono una grande piscina riscaldata, shuffleboard e grill. Situato nel nord-fine tanto desiderata dell'isola ed è solo una breve passeggiata al centro di Fort Myers Beach (il famoso Molo ben noto e Piazza della Città) e ristoranti. Gateway Villas si trova a pochi passi da Bowditch Point Park dove si può vedere la fauna locale e prendere un carrello per qualsiasi destinazione sull'isola. Spiaggia, pesca, bird watching e rilassante in un confortevole Gateway Villa condominio.

Perfect location

We had a fantastic stay at the Gateway Villas. Everything you need is at the condo and you are right in the beach. The only downside of the condo is the beds. There were not very comfortable. Other than that…5 stars!!!

Location location location

The condo building is safe and easy to come and go from. The unit faces the beach which is amazing scenery. Great location for us - close enough to time square to walk and enjoy that atmosphere and also far enough from it to have some privacy and calm beach experiences. We were comfortable in the condo. And appreciated the beach gear we could use including an umbrella, chairs and a cooler. I would have liked free WiFi, and little touches like more dishwasher soap, garbage bags and TP.

The unit was very nice. Be reminded that even while located right on the beach, it is quite a walk to get to the water.

We loved celebrating Christmas at Gateway Villas. The view was spectacular, everything was in working order and the condo was well stocked. Magical moments.

We booked last minute and did not have many options. We would definatly stay in the complex again, just a different condo.The condo was very clean but at the same time very much in need of updating!! Everything was in working order, we just felt like we stepped back into the 80’s. From the appliances to decor. Everything!!

Let me be clear, this condo is very clean. It has all the basics. All the pictures except the balcony furniture are exactly what the condo looks like. That being said, this condo is in need of some serious updating. The bathtub is not standard size so it’s tight. The bathroom is very small. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are as flat as can be. The hot water in the shower doesn’t last long and the toilet usually needs flushed twice. We had problems with the tub draining when we first got there and the sliding door to the patio was off track. Those issues were dealt with very quickly. But like I said, the condo was very clean.

this property is in great need of a renovation. Everything is dated but the carpets. It was clean. Bathroom is original and shower head came to our chest. Water pressure varied along with not always enough hot water. toilet needed to be flushed twice all the time. We had to plunge the shower drain. Cabinets are falling apart, original Formica, water leakage on walls bowed out. Upon entry the light bulb burned out above table, we emailedx3, sent pictures to tri power and it was never replaced in 7 days- Kerry gave poor service. Kitchen needs updated and restocked. Great location, great pool

Reviewer Comments: The location was within walking distance of Times Square which was where all the activity was. The view was very nice of the gulf it's great sunsets. The unit 698 we were in had 4 broken beach chairs, 1 broken balcony chair, the ceiling fan in living room sparked when trying to turn on and didn't turn on, kitchen needed a major cleaning! The cutlery was so tiny we couldn't use it. Beds were very uncomfortable with the head being lower than your feet.

Our unit was clean, there were used towels in the bathroom when we got there, one of the chairs on the patio broke when my husband sat in it, and the light and fan in the living room just quit working so we unplugged it. Beds were comfortable, living room furniture not so. This unit needs updating.

A Good Place at the off Season Rate

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is located in a quiet very well maintained 8 floor building (thanks to Brad) with gated secure entrance. It is as advertised on line. Our stay was the week following the end of the high season and therefor less populated. The unit was satisfactory for just the 2 of us, with just a few quirks - a microwave that is finicky with settings; a bathroom fan that does not exhaust (only filters); and a beach umbrella that is more the size of a child's toy that is too flimsy for the gulf breeze. It is at least half a mile from Times Square.

We have beaches in Miami but I like the peace and quiet of this area. Gateway Villas is one of my favorites and we truly enjoyed our stay. This unit we rented needs a little updating mainly the stove and appliances, but everything worked well.
