Completamente ristrutturato da cima a fondo condominio Gateway Villas è uno spazioso 2 camere da letto / 2 condominio bagno spiaggia. L'arredamento è assolutamente bellissimo, che ti fa sentire come se foste veramente in una casa sulla spiaggia. cucina aggiornato con tutti gli elementi essenziali di una casa compresa posti a sedere per un massimo di 6 al bar tavolo da pranzo e la prima colazione. Il nostro condominio spiaggia include anche 3 nuovissime Smart TV a schermo piatto (50 "in camera familiare e 39" nelle camere da letto), un lettore DVD e servizio gratuito Netflix, wifi gratuito, lavatrice e asciugatrice, pavimenti in legno in tutto, nuovi letti confortevoli e due bagni spaziosi. Altre grandi caratteristiche sono asciugacapelli, Tommy Bahama sedie a sdraio e due accappatoi termali peso leggero. Dalla vostra camera grande, camera da letto matrimoniale, cucina e veranda, si gode la splendida vista sul Golfo del Messico e la spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Tramonti dal vostro Lanai sono bellissime.

Great Location

Condo was very clean, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The beach chairs and umbrella was great! Location was perfect, just half mile walk to town square. The only complaint I would have is the inability to turn the ceiling fan speeds up. They are on a speed setting so low that you can’t even feel the air from them. It made it hard to sleep at night because the thermostat couldn’t be turned any lower than 72 either. My husband and I like a cooler room to sleep, so this was a bit annoying. Also, on our last day a Tripower employee delivered a floor fan to the condo for the next renters. Two issues, one- he didn’t knock at all, just unlocked door and barged into our condo while we were there which took us off guard; second I wished I had known there were fans available for our use to make the room temperature more comfortable during our stay.

Fabulous Condo and Location

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It's on the north and QUIET end of the island and yet we could walk to everything and get into the "craziness" as much or as little as we wanted. We ate at restaurants that have been there since 1980 and 1997. Amazing grouper sandwiches wherever we went. Highly recommend this condo.

Yes please!

This condo was in the perfect location for us- quiet area but also just a short walk to the busy part of the island. The condo is updated, clean, nicely decorated and has all the conveniences of home. The view from the large lanai is gorgeous and is perfect for lounging with that morning cup of coffee. This did not disappoint. We would love to come back!

This condo is beautiful and very clean. It looks just like the pictures in the VRBO post(no surprises) Most accommodating amenities in condo - coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, spices, and welcome treat basket... More than your usual VRBO.

Beautiful Updated Property

Pictures don’t do this property justice! Everything was perfect. They even provided a few days worth of personal items until you can get to the store. We walked everywhere and didn’t need a car. The trolley is available if you wanted to go further down the island. Overall we fell in love with the area and we will return!

Beachfront Condo

This was our second time staying here and it is a great little condo! You are beach front with all the amenities you need. The kitchen has everything you need to make dinner or bake cookies and brownies which we did! I do wish the master bedroom had blinds or drapes for some privacy and if you choose to sleep in it would be nice. As well I feel like the fans are too slow to allow any air flow since you can only turn air down to 72. We had to go get several fans. I understand you can’t have air conditioning set super low because it can freeze up but the fans on low is just pointless. It was a good vacation nonetheless!

What a great place. Very clean. Great location. Fantastic view of the ocean and beach. So relaxing to sit out on the lanai and listen to the waves roll in. We would definitely return.

Excellent unit

We loved our week's stay in this unit. We have stayed at other units in this property and this certainly rated as one of the best. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfection

Super clean! Loved all the furnishings. Kitchen was more equipped than we thought it would be. Even Had a nice welcome basket. My only thing was the control of the a/c unit and control of the fan speeds. The owner has the property set at 73 which for me is on the warm side and as there are no window covering the sun really hit the room and the ceiling fan are kinda useless for they are on one speed slow. The outside space is truly where we spent our time. With Comfy outdoor seating it was the perfect place to look out onto the water with the sun or moon shining above. Very private. Overall I give it a 5star
