Greetings from sunny Florida! Bella Lago Resort Condominiums are in the upscale community of Bay Beach on the quiet, south end of Fort Myers Beach. The WONDERFUL BELLA LAGO 524 is a spacious, air-conditioned resort-style 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condo with an open concept layout that is ready to host you and your family for a perfect vacation experience.

As soon as you enter the condo you will see the beautiful details, including lighted tray ceilings in foyer and kitchen. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room and lanai allow for the sea breezes to cool the rooms if you want to turn off the air-conditioning and open the lanai doors. The large kitchen has custom cabinets with Corian countertops and is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you will need to prepare breakfast, lunch or a complete gourmet meal. And there's a breakfast bar to catch a quick snack while you make your plans for the beach! Planning a dinner party? The dining table can comfortably accommodate 8 people for dinner.

Living room is as comfortable as it is beautiful. Plenty of comfy seating for everyone to relax in while watching the game on the huge flat screen TV. And best of all, is the lovely screened in lanai that overlooks the lake. Enjoy the gorgeous tropical setting with palm trees swaying in the breeze. Enjoy watching the osprey, egrets, blue herons and pelicans that frequent the lake with a fountain that lights up in the evening. Enjoy sitting out with the newest best-seller and a glass of your favorite wine.

The luxuriously decorated, large Master Bedroom Suite has a King-Sized Bed with a comfortable mattress and fine linens. You can walk right out to the lanai from the Master Bedroom. There's a flat screen TV in the cabinet for you to enjoy a late-night show. The fabulous Master Bath features double vanities and a Roman Tub and a walk-in shower. The first Guest Bedroom has a Queen-Sized Bed and a TV as well and is decorated with Florida flair. French doors open up the second Guest Bedroom with its Two Sets of Bunk Beds and TV. The Full Guest Bath with a shower/tub combo is right next door to both Guest Bedrooms.

There is a laundry room in the condo with a large capacity washer and dryer. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the unit. Beach towels, pool toys and cooler are provided. A secured lobby, building elevator, and ample on-site parking for your convenience. There is a no smoking, no pet's policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Bella Lago guests are treated to wonderful Resort Amenities: Resort Sized Heated Pool, Fitness Center, BBQ area, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Bocce Courts, Walking Paths, and Chipping and Pitching Greens. Best of all, Bella Lago Guests have a private Beach Access directly across the street. Just steps away, there is a crosswalk with flashing lights in front of the Bella Lago complex that leads directly to our beautiful beaches.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also, at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay and is just a 2-mile drive away.

Additionally, we provide a trial-size dishwashing liquid, a dish sponge and a roll of paper towels.
