Island Charm with exceptional private pool


Venite a crogiolarvi al sole intorno alla bellissima piscina riscaldata e al centro benessere di questo cottage sopraelevato splendidamente ristrutturato. Situato a soli 4 isolati da Estero Blvd, la nostra spiaggia di sabbia bianca di zucchero è a pochi passi dall'altra parte della strada. Dietro l'angolo, troverete il Biscotto Celeste per colazione e pranzo e il nuovo negozio di gelato Royal Scoop. Diamond Head Resort con due fantastici ristoranti è a solo un isolato di distanza. Il Pier e Times Square sono a meno di 10 minuti a piedi.  Se si vola a Fort Myers Airport (RSW) è possibile prendere un autobus per l'Island Shuttle che si ferma alla fine della nostra strada. Noleggia una bici (il modo migliore per vivere l'isola) e non avrai bisogno di noleggiare un'auto !. Ci sono anche diversi negozi di noleggio biciclette nelle vicinanze.

La zona pranzo e la cucina con bellissimi ripiani in granito e un'isola generosa renderanno la preparazione dei pasti un piacevole affare di famiglia. Due camere da letto King, ognuna con un bagno privato e una camera a castello che è accessibile al largo della zona Master o Kitchen. Tutte e 3 le camere dispongono di TV. Soleggiata area della piscina e bel patio ombreggiato con frigorifero, forno a microonde e mobili da pranzo all'aperto vicino alla griglia. Riposa e ringiovanisci in questa splendida proprietà per le vacanze.  Questo è veramente un fascino dell'isola.

Island Charm Stay

We loved the Island charm. Many things available for use at the house for guests (towels, beach chairs, games, umbrellas, beach cart, etc.). Beds were comfy, and the pool was clean and refreshing. Unfortunately it was too hot to enjoy the awesome hot tub much. We would stay at the Island Charm again for sure!

Girls Weekend

Three of us have been friends for 50 plus years and our girls weekend was perfect at your home. Minutes to the beach and everything we needed. The home was beautiful and we were humbled by the the devastation from the hurricane.

Great Home Away From Home

We truly enjoyed our stay at Island Charm! It was the perfect size for our family of four - two adults and two kids under 10. The kids loved having separate bedrooms with TVs and, of course, we enjoyed having one in ours as well. The bathrooms were a little snug, but were fine for a week of vacation. We loved having everything on one floor and a great couch for watching movies on a rainy day. There was plenty of closet and drawer space, seating throughout the house and the kitchen was perfect. The island is huge and the fridge was fantastic. The pool was great! We never turned the spa on - it was already hot enough! - but the kids loved having a smaller space to play, so it was a lovely addition to the pool. There were plenty of chairs and we enjoyed the table, mini fridge and overhead fan (all out of the sun) while eating lunch and dinner. The grill worked like a charm and there were plenty of great things under the stairs - chairs, sand toys, an umbrella and a beach wagon. We enjoyed walking down to the ice cream shop from the house and also stopping on our way back from the beach. The house is a 5 minute walk from a beach access point (#28) that is located directly across from a crosswalk. And an added bonus, the access point had a Mobi-Mat installed, allowing for ADA beach access. While we did not need this for disability reasons, it made it much easier for the kids to walk down the path and to pull the beach wagon. *chef's kiss*

Nice place

This is a very nice house with a great location; within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There was plenty of room for four adults and three teens. Pool and hot tub were nice. All the mattress’ are terrible and the room with bunk beds was very small for teens.

Family get-away!

A Relaxing getaway!

There were no challenges with the property. It was smaller than I anticipated however the jacuzzi made up for the size. Great location! Loved being near the beach! Enjoyed the relaxing vacation!

Great location

Cute house with a great location. Quiet street, short walk to beach, AC works well, nice pool and hot (warm) tub attached. We had a great time, found house comfy decorated nicely, two things that could have made it a five start stay....pool cleaning and house cleaning supplies. We checked in on a Saturday and the pool was not cleaned until Friday afternoon, after a week of use it defiantly needed vacuumed and some chemicals, doing it mid stay or even providing a vacuum for people to use would have been nice, I vacuum our pool at home almost every day to keep it clean, we did the best we could with the net but as you know that does nothing for the bottom or the chemicals needed. The other complaint was there was not a single thing to clean the house with...no counter disinfectant, no stove top cleaner, nothing to wipe down bathrooms with. We rent houses often, all over the world, and have always had the basics left (cleaners, disinfectants, salt and pepper, etc) this was a first with us and was shocking, you would think they would like us to keep their house clean. We borrowed some from our friends that rented a house down the street that was well stocked as I was not buying everything to clean a house for our 1 week stay. Add some cleaners and mid stay pool maintenance and this would be a 5 star place.

Great vacation!

We loved this rental property. The house and pool were exactly what we were looking for. Our kids loved the bunk room and the pool. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach cart is a huge help.
