Molto moderno, 2 camere da letto 2 bagni, casa in un'esclusiva Gated Community, vicino alla spiaggia, con 3 piscine, vasca idromassaggio, diversi campi da tennis illuminati, 3 campi da pallavolo, sala biliardo, box a ferro di cavallo, campi da pickle ball, shuffle board, grande palestra, biblioteca, 19 laghi, campo da golf, 3 grandi sale, giochi di carte, balli e molte attività. Prendi il tram sottovento per la spiaggia (0,75 centesimi), vai in bici o guida, è in fondo alla strada 2 miglia, magnifici tramonti, tonnellate di ristoranti, bar, negozi, artisti di strada e band dal vivo. Il molo di Fort Myers è in fondo alla strada. Walmart è dall'altra parte della strada, grande Mini putt mozzafiato praticamente nel cortile della comunità con sconti per residenti e loro ospiti. La casa è dotata di 3 nuovissime Smart TV, che sono 4K, piano TV 120 canali e Internet, non c'è telefono fisso. C'è l'uso del golf cart e delle biciclette per i nostri ospiti, anche tutte le lenzuola, asciugamani, pentole, posate, tutti gli elettrodomestici, ferro e asse da stiro, fabbricatore di ghiaccio e acqua ghiacciata incorporati nella porta del frigorifero. Nuovo materasso di qualità, comodo e tutto nuovo. La casa ha una veranda coperta molto bella davanti, anche per una serata tranquilla. Tutti i servizi della comunità sono disponibili gratuitamente per i nostri ospiti.
Si prega di notare che c'è un modulo obbligatorio da compilare e presentare insieme a $ 50. 00 tassa, * prima del vostro arrivo *, direttamente a Indian Creek per scopi amministrativi.

We enjoyed our experience. The rental was perfect. The people in the RV Park were super welcoming and friendly! We had everything we needed. The rental was extremely comfortable and convenient to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and other events happening in the area. We even had Bikes. The owner was very accommodating to all our needs. We will be back

This stay for 9 days was honestly the best since we chose this property!! We enjoyed the activities within the park like card bingo, bingo, and water aerobics. We met some lovely lifelong friends! The property---so beautiful inside and out. NOT one thing did we need when we checked in. Had all toiletries, towels, cleaning supplies...it was literally our home for 9 days and it was homey and clean. We left 2 rafts for future guests to enjoy! There is literqally not one thing I would change. We grilled, drove around to pools in the golf cart and enjoyed watching TV in the king bed. Communiction w Mike, Kelly and Vera the caretaker was phenominal. I could not have asked for a better property or experience w VRBO since it was our first. I will be renting again next year!! Thanks for opening the home to us.

It was our very first time in Fort Myers Beach and we completely loved every minute. The house was everything we expected and exactly accurate with the listing. Mike & Kelly the owners were wonderful hosts, collaborative at all times and they were very attentive to all the details. Definitely an excellent “price-service rendered” offer. Location of the community couldn’t be better, 10 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from Sanibel Beach and 45 minutes from Captiva Island, plus Walmart across the street, a mall 15 minutes away; the location is surrounded by all kind of services and stores. The house had all the amenities needed. If y’all are one couple or maximum two this is definitely the place you want to rent for your stay. No doubts that we will return to Ft.Myers Beach and we will return also to stay at Mike’s & Kelly’s home. Thank you for being a part of an awesome vacation time!! Ed & Sandra Nashville, TN

A beautiful home close to shopping and beaches, the owner was so wonderful called and explained everything prior to stay. Enjoyed all the amenities of a beautifully maintained park. The rental included the use of a golf cart and two bikes that we enjoyed daily. Highly recommend the rental will definitely go back in the near future.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Mike and Kelly’s home in Indian Creek RV Community. It was close to the beach where other family members were staying. It was spacious for 4 adults, plus it had many amenities. We rode the golf cart and bikes that were provided with the rental. The pools were also very nice. I definitely would rent from them again. Much better than staying in a hotel.

My wife and I had a relaxing 49 days at this Indian Creek Resort property. The home is well appointed and was found to be just as depicted in the VRBO photos. We used the golf cart many times and very much enjoyed all three pools at the resort as well as Ft Myers Beach and other beaches close to the resort. Mike and Kelly, the owners of the home are were very helpful in pointing out the various attributes of the resort and immediate area. Jim and Vera, the great team Mike and Kelly employ to care for the home are the best! They are wonderful folks, period. We had a wonderful time at the property and may return again soon. Thanks very much to the owners and Jim and Vera.

Thus home is amazing very clean and has everything you need to be in Florida. We will definitely be back. Mike and Kelly contacted us prior to our trip gave us all the info we needed to the home. They are wonderful people. And the cleaning lady Vera does an amazing job and kept contact with us. Great place to stay!

Home was very clean and tidy it met all of our expectations, the location is good for sightseeing and going to the beach, the pools are very nice and having a golf cart made it easy to get around. All of our interaction with both the owner and the caretaker was excellent
